This place is usually my go to when I want fresh veggies, however, I placed an online order today for a salad, got home and realized that the 2 add ons I paid for were not on the salad...the salad was drowned in so much dressing that it was inedible...I will not be back

The staff was very hard to understand when placing order, was out of mozzarella cheese and ice machine broken. Put very few veggies on sandwich and very little meat. I thought there was a standard way all subways made the sandwich. Definitely not here.

This location in Pell City Alabama never accept the promo codes that are promoted??? I order online and every time I put in a promo code this location never accepts it. This location is going to lose customers for not honoring the promo codes. That what bring the customers in when they see a great promo code online. Also, the last time I order food from here online I asked for my sandwich to be toasted and it wasn’t. And my sandwich taste like someone smoke a whole pack of cigarettes while making my sandwich. Make sense because when I drive by now the workers are outside standing around smoking. This location won’t be around long. I see why they’re never busy. Wish they would bring a Firehouse sub to Pell City!!!

FI went back In to this subway owned by Sam Patel who was present at the time I placed my order , I repeatedly corrected the staff about my food and he still did not say anything it was still incorrect so I asked to speak to Mr Sammy today and he was totally disrespectful commenting " don't fuck with me " and "get the fuck out his store "mean while staff is in unclean pajamas ,coughing over food , unclean work station , smoking cigarettes outside while customers are present, although I have nothing against smoking Leslie horn didn't even wash her hands when she returned behind the counter with that I would just like to say do better Mr Patel and staff below ! i also took pictures of the unclean and and unprofessionally dressed employee

The manager (blonde lady) is extremely rude, argumentative, and lacks conflict resolution skills. On more than one occasion she has shown an absolute lack of professionalism and etiquette.I would advise finding another location to visit less you be privy to her "lovely" attitude.

Whoever the middle aged blonde manager is, she has 0 professionalism. You need to train your employees on how to speak to customers and conflict resolution. She presented herself as very "bottom of the Barrell", gave low effort and is incredibly combative.
