I placed a order got to the window and everybody that works there is HIGH off of something they dropped my money out the window my order wasn’t right the first time they remake it and it’s still now right talking to the manager that was just as high as the crew was POINTLESS I will speak with CORPORATE or whoever is above any manager that’s running this Taco Bell in the GROUND
Ordered doordash through the app tonight. Incredibly frustrating experience with being bounced from place to place after the wrong order was delivered. However whoever I spoke with on the phone at tacobell was absolutely amazing at helping me and advocating for me when doordash was rude. Thank you so much ma'am, I really hope you see this and know how much it was appreciated.

This is hands down, without a doubt the WORST Taco Bell I've ever been to, let alone seen. There are numerous issues at the Pell City, Alabama location. First off, we get more lettuce in our crunch wrap and tacos than anything else. I'm not paying for a lettuce taco or crunch wrap!! Sometimes I'll ask, and pay for, extra sauce or cheese, and I never get it. I'm not asking for some freebie. I'm PAYING FOR IT!!! If the shells aren't stale, then they taste like old, rancid oil. The potatoes in the fiesta potatoes are almost always old, hard and overcooked. The chicken strip in the chicken strip taco I got today was almost too hard to eat. They dont make the freezes right either. I got a dragonfruit one last week, but it had no pink fruit swirl in it. I got another one today and instead of dragonfruit, they gave me the vanilla cream soda one with some of the fruit swirl only in the bottom of the cup. It is NEVER made the way it should be. And to top it all off, and lot of the workers there are just plain rude. You can tell they hate their job there and don't want to be there. They don't greet you with kindness. They give attitude. And most of the time they cut you off while ordering and try to rush you through your order. It's absolutely the most unpleasant fast food place in Pell City. I've been to many taco bells, in many states, and this one is by far the worst. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Stop hiring the bottom of the barrel. Those people are ruining it. And please train your staff on how to correctly make the items!! All the negative reviews on Google and Yelp, and no one in management or at corporate want to even try to fix the issues. Eat here at your own risk!! This place is a complete joke!!

I visited the Taco Bell in Pell City tonight and had a very disappointing experience. I repeated my order several times — meat, cheese, and sour cream only — but when I asked the employee to repeat it back to me to make sure it was right, she said, “There’s a line full of people behind you,” and insisted she already had my order right. She acted so unprofessional- so I am really hoping that was not the manager.
When I got home, my tacos were covered in lettuce. The employee continued to insist she was correct, and repeatedly added “baby” to the end of her sentences in a way that felt dismissive and unprofessional. Was trying to rush me out of line.
I understand it can get busy, but accuracy and respect should always come first. I hope UPPER management addresses this issue to prevent similar experiences for other customers.

They fix my order wrong
No human service now it this location. staff was no help. Another customer was fed up as well. They are completely computer ordering now. We will never return to this or any other location where you can't place your order with a cashier. Might as well close up shop......
Use to be a good one, but now the costumer contact is taken away almost forced to self check out. And apparently, for 3 third time ordering delivery, whoever they're hiring they can't vet them to insure that they can read their screen to make an order right. Guess the pride in people's jobs and the kind of people hired is slacking more and more. Can't even read a screen right and yet fast food want more money per hour. When is a school job and apparently it schools are failing us just like this taco bell.
The manager was very impolite and rude to me! I’m a dasher and was getting a dash order today. The manager tells me she’s on the clock I need to hurry and confirm the order and show her the address to where it’s going and blah blah blah. I said ma’am, give me just a second I’m checking my order, you do not have to be rude. She proceeds to pull the food back and tells me to cancel the order that someone else can pick it up. She said when I walk in that building, I’m on Taco Bell time. I said no ma’am, I am not. I asked her for her manager and corporates number. She kept being very rude and told me to leave the store. I do not recommend going here. You get treated like you are not even human. I was doing my job, and she was so ugly and rude about it. Corporate was called and complained to, as well as DoorDash. That lady had no respect for me nor herself.

Went through the drive though. Once we got home My daughter was eating her cheese roll up. It had no cheese. So I called the store and the person who answered said bring it back up here and we will give you another one. I said we are not bringing it back just wanted to let you guys know. She hung up on me while I was still speaking. Well thanks. You made a mistake and you hang up on me while I was trying to talk. It’s too far to drive for a $2 roll up but they could have taken my name down and gave her another the next time we go there.

Susan was great. I haven’t ate my food yet because I’m still headed home but her customer service was top notch.

No I do not want to donate to someone else kid to go to college and they still charge my card for a donation. But didn't give me hot sauce.
I had such a great experience at the drive-thru that I had to give a huge shoutout to Jen! From the speaker to the window, she was incredibly friendly, professional, and upbeat. Even through the speaker, her positive attitude came through loud and clear.
She made sure my order was spot-on, confirmed everything with a smile, and handed it off quickly and accurately. The food was fresh, hot, and perfectly customized. It’s rare to feel seen and appreciated at a drive-thru, but Jen absolutely made my day.
Taco Bell, if you’re listening… Jen is a rockstar. Promote her, reward her, just don’t lose her!

I ordered something wrong that was a $1 off from the item I was trying to order on the screen and instead of making another one the manager tried to pressure me into buying the original item I wanted for $8.
