Not sure what was going on here... The rudest server in my life! She came to the table with a bad attitude. Made fun of us for asking about the happy hour that was advertised on Facebook, mimicked my dad and was rude to him when he requested a beer menu. Then the clincher was the fruit fly in my mom's drink, Summer the rude waitress refused to bring her another drink. We felt set up from the moment we arrived. Manager must like her a lot as he supported her horrific behavior. How disappointing to see the bar staff laughing. There was nothing funny going on here at all I can assure you. We literally travel the world - with joy and kindness to all - to be treated like this in Pell City!

My one experience on a slow Tuesday night. The positive, good atmosphere, low key, new. This place is trying to be a cut above. The negatives. Whomever shucketh the oysters has to check them. I should not get a rotten one ever, but I did. Unacceptable. There are two other places local serving oysters and the bad ones do not make it to the table. Strike two, yes two strikes for that. Then there is the filet mignon I was looking so forward to...only to have it sit on the table waiting on a steak knife to the point I wondered WTH is going on here. Literally 3-4 minutes to get a steak knife for my fifty clam filet. The shrimp and grits was bland and like a paste, skip it, really. All said and done, I do not mind paying for good food, but not sure the recipes are there yet at this place. Not impressed with the flavors at all. If I go back I will update this review.

Place an order for pick up for a chef salad with shrimp. The salad was just lettuce and tomatoes when I arrived. Luckily I checked it. Paid $25 for essentially a side salad with a teaspoon of lettuce.

I stood at the hostess stand for three minutes watching the bartender snap the waitresses in the rear with a bar towel. Finally, someone noticed that I was there. To say that the atmosphere is dreary is a compliment. Bare walls and no decor in the dining room. Went to the "Pub" area which was almost too dark to see anything other than the televisions and the local regulars cussing at the bar.Food was very good. My service during my meal was good as well. Atmosphere is lacking. However, this is not fine dining. Do not expect fine dining or you will be disappointed as I was. This is a sports bar with above average food.

This place is a real jewel. The food is outstanding and the service is immaculate at all times I have been there. I highly recommend the rib-eye. Their cocktails are mixed with phantasy and creative passion.I have been there many a time over 8 months working there. I will definitely be back again and look forward to good food, fine drinks, great music entertainment and nice folks to talk to.

Ok, I have to give this place 5 stars! Went here this past weekend for a Livingsocial brunch deal. Automatically I put my standards down as to not be disappointed.First of all, I was pleased the very moment we walked inside. The decor was great, and someone greeted us right away. They took I've been here for brunch twice, and plan to return for dinner. The staff is exceptionally friendly, the brunch menu is diverse and delicious we've sampled the crab cakes benedict, the filet mignon benedict, the chicken and waffles, the grand marnier french toast, and grits. Everything is excellent. I recommend the mango martini breakfast drink over the other choice it's sweeter, both are delicious and like I said, great service, great food and reasonably priced.

I went to dinner with my wife and some friends and waited over an hour for our food and then once I got the food it was horrible. Just a few raviolli and minimum steak floating in sauce. The stuffed mushrooms taste ok but were like $8 for 5 mushrooms. We spent $60 on food alone. Sadly Olive Garden is head and shoulders above them and at a lesser cost.

Friendly servers. Nice presentation of entrees. An oasis in this neck of the woods. Food well prepared. Varied menu.
