Ordered take out. Said 30 minutes. Came by boat and wasn't ready. Gave them an hour sitting around. Still no food. Dined in another time and waited an hour on food. Food wasn't very good and I'm not hard to please...A shame because it's location and decorative atmosphere have great potential. As another review mentioned: Just another restaurant around here ready for inevitable doom. Get some better workers or have some training and accountability. And hire someone to up the food if needed. Hate to see it.

This place made us feel special, they prepared us a delicious veggie omelet. The attention of the staff is very good and the owner came to my table to check that everything was ok. Regardless the outside temperature because the view on the patio is amazing!Parking: The parking lot is large and convenient!

Loved the view.. service was fine… food was about like what you would get at a concession stand… not good food and prices are expensive for the quality of food. Might be good if I had been drunk! Also, fb pics are misleading… their back deck looks much nicer on their profile pic it is very Deceiving! I should have taken photos to share.

Absolutely ridiculous wait times. Told us 15 minutes, and 60 minutes later we were still waiting. Ended up getting a refund and leaving. Prime location at the lake for a complete failure of an establishment.

This place has a beautiful view of the lake, and it is a must visit destination. The food is fantastic. The restaurant has a unique but cool interior design which I loved. I ordered the fish platter, and with a side of grilled shrimp. It was amazing. I haven't ate any seafood in Alabama that was better yet. My wife ordered the grilled porkchop dinner with onion rings. A little light on the seasoning she later said, but it was still extremely good she noted. The food tasted clean not greasy. Grilled items were actually grilled. Chef is a phenomenal cook. We will definitely be back!

First time experience at the restaurant, Distillery was my family’s first choice and glad we walked out from there. Everything was great, only thing that seemed strange was how little the amount of people were there on a saturday night.

This place was awful. Servers were sitting at a table and not working. We waited for 20 min with no one taking drink orders, so I had to say something to them. When we tried to order, we were told they were out of some items. When I asked what items they were out of, she just laughed and asked what we wanted. Once we got our food, it was terrible. Obviously, there are management issues.

So, I figured this would be a pretty cool spot based on the pics. And it def was. Boat shell bar, great view & delicious food.Only down sides were a very stuffy atmosphere and feeling almost studied by the entire front of house staff. Lol otherwise cool experience

This place is an absolute joke. We were told when we walked in that it may take 45 minutes to get food because the kitchen was backed up. Which was fine I thought it was Saturday night. We sat on the deck and got a drink pretty quickly. We then sat for 45 minutes with no one acknowledging us. No one ever came back to take our order. There were mutiple servers who all looked like they didn't even want to be there or anywhere else for that matter. Oh and the best part, another group walked in and their order was taken immediately by someone. Worst service I have ever experienced! The view was pretty, but that's ALL you get.

Went on a week day for lunch.. the 2 girls were complaining about the customers how needy they are as soon as we walked in.. we sat outside chairs were full of water tables were dirty the waitress didn't bother cleaning anything. We orded our food it was OK, I never got asked if I needed any thing such as refill or ketchup for my fries. I would definitely work on customer service.. it goes along ways.Parking: Not trailer friendly..
