love the food but tired of your drink cups bottoms to small and after once again going to work with a wet leg because your drink wont sit in cup holder im done with yall not worth messing up cloths or my car.

Had a regular cheeseburger and fries. Burger was fine. Fries were good. Place is clean, even the restroom. But that's where my satisfaction ends. First of all, the one single kiosk for ordering is terrible. Took forever for the people in front of me to get through it, and me as well. Takes like 17 screens just to order a basic combo meal unless you are very familiar with it. Food took almost 25 minutes to come out, which was not what I wanted on a road trip. And what is up with those ketchup packets?? Practically needed power tools to get into them...they did not peel off easily. All told, probably not somewhere I would visit again, solely based on the ordering process (I hate kiosks, and especially ones that are overly complicated) and time to get food.

I always love Whataburger food, I just wanted to make you aware that Andrelas at the Pell City, AL. location is quite possibly the friendliest person I've ever met working in a fast food restaurant. Within all of the stress that comes with working in fast food, she has a big smile on her face, a great tone to her voice and answers questions with enthusiasm and professionalism. Fantastic experience and the food was great!

Portions are great. We'll worth the price. This is a fast food restaurant but the food didnt taste like it had been kept under a heat lamp. Fries and onion rings were delicious. Hosts brought our food to the table and another cleaned away our trash. All in all great service and the restaurant was clean as were the bathrooms.

We had Chick-fil-A type service (meaning it was really good and accommodating). The girl working the counter had an amazing smile and very nice tone throughout the entire dining experience. Great food as well served right to our table. Overall excellent service.

I had an amazing experience. The burger and onion rings were excellent. The cashier took our order faster than the person at the kiosk could place his. All of the ingredients on the burger were super fresh. The tables were freshly cleaned and everyone wanted to be sure that we were very happy there. They seemed genuinely concerned about our experience. I expect a wait at Whataburger because the items are made fresh to order. I was dining in, so it wasn’t a problem. Great experience and I will return.

This was my 4th visit to W-A-B. The 1st 3 times my order was wrong and wasn't corrected properly. This time they finally got it right. My neice talked me into giving it another try so we went. I might actually go back again.
