New staff finally!! Updated review. They have turned things around.
Been waiting to give a review because I’m very patient with restaurants, but with this being at least the tenth time with them consistently proving their incompetence I felt a deep need to post this review. Honestly, it’s comical at this point how horrible they are. Feel pretty bad for them when the ‘new’ wears off. Going to be hard to keep the doors open. Hard to believe written orders can still be messed up, chicken under cooked and items completely missing. I’ll spend my money somewhere else.

Placed an online order. Upon arrival they couldn’t find my order. Stupidly I made the order for the wrong day. The manager was super kind and fixed my order quickly. This was our first time eating WingStop and it was great. I ordered the corn and it’s so good!
Great Service. Great Food. The quality of the food is always very good. Would recommend the Pell City location!! The workers are very nice and helpful.

I ordered the 10 piece combo with fries and a drink. The fries are dusted with there own seasoning and were pretty good. The large size is plenty for 2 people to share. I had the traditional bone in wings with hot buffalo sauce. The other 5 wings were the Cajun dry rub. Both flavors were good. The place was pretty busy I waited around 15 minutes to get my food. The inside is small with around 10 tables. I was satisfied with the service and food quality. I look forward to trying the other flavors soon. I dined in for my third visit. The food was fresh and hot. The mango habenero wings were very good. Dining in makes all the difference the wings come out very fresh and crispy so do the fries.

I got take out for the first time here the other day. I ordered online and had to wait a bit before they gave me my food which was a bit annoying because you set a time when you’ll be there to pick it up.. the place is fairly small though and that had a lot of people in that day, albeit I was in front of the line though. But otherwise it had a good vibe, and the place looked really clean. The food was okay, pricy, not all that flavorful in my opinion. It’s good though. I mean, if you like wing stop this is a great place.
