The food is great. Freshly made and delicious. Therefore it can get swamped. They get a massive amount off online orders on top of in house dining guests. So the wait time is longer, especially on weekend nights.

I wanted my cookie and we got a rice crispie treat too and 2 kids meals not ONE!The cash register lady said nothing about it and there was a lot of other unsatisfied people when I walked in.1star

I ordered a customized grilled chicken sandwich meal online and the sandwich wasn’t right. I reached out to the manager and she was totally understanding and gave me a remake on the whole combo! The sandwich tasted ok the first time but they got it perfect for me the second time!

This was my first visit to a Zaxby's and I was very happy with the food, I ordered an avocado ranch taco (3.00) and a small fry (2.49), both were hot and tasty. I would have liked the chicken to have been cut up in smaller pieces to be easier to eat but it was very good. The crinkle fries were great. My friend ordered a #2 Chicken Finger Plate (10.79) which comes with the chicken fingers, 2 sides and a drink, it was good but there are limited selections for sides so she got double fries since she doesn't like coleslaw. The server was great and helped us understand the menu since it was our first time there. We'll return for sure.

Spent $54.00 on lunch with my family, needed more ranch dip, I literally stood at the counter for about 10 minutes being totally ignored. I'm thinking we will eat at the Moody location from now on....oh, and although there were people waiting in line to place their order...they were ignored as well.
I've had positive experiences here up until today. I got the wings and things and was served cold chicken in a soup of sauce. And undercooked chicken fingers. I got a refund. The assistant manager didn't even ask what was wrong with the order or talk to me at all during the refund.

Sitting outside their store right now, Not only was I pulled up , waiting an extra 20 minutes, my order was wrong, when I then had to park and go inside the staff argued with me, I brought my receipt that I just received. Still nothing but piss poor service, piss poor attitude, and a bill of over 60$, garbage service, garbage location. I would avoid the pell city zaxbys, there are better, cheaper, and more friendly places to eat.
