Tried the traditional wings today. Had a wing with feathers sticking out. Someone saw the feathers, still put breading on it and fried and sauced it up. The feathers are literally sticking out 🤣

One of my favorite places to stop right off of the Pell City exit off of I20. Their food is always amazing, and the staff is always so kind! 10 out of 5 recommend.

My family had ordered the zax pack. Which is supposed to be 20 fingers and about two large fries. The fries that was in the box were old and only feed 2 small kids. That’s the worst the fries have ever been. Usually it is a small amount but not like this. They knew it wasn’t acceptable but still gave it to us anyway. We loved zaxbys. Don’t anymore.

We've eaten here many times over the years. The resturant is clean and the service is efficient. The food is a little more expensive than a typical fast food resturant but it's well worth it because the quality is better. The zensation salad is very good. The new huge chicken bacon ranch Quesadilla was really good to. Zaxbys is in my regular rotation along with chick fila and Freddy's.

The food is great. Freshly made and delicious. Therefore it can get swamped. They get a massive amount off online orders on top of in house dining guests. So the wait time is longer, especially on weekend nights.

I wanted my cookie and we got a rice crispie treat too and 2 kids meals not ONE!The cash register lady said nothing about it and there was a lot of other unsatisfied people when I walked in.1star

I ordered a customized grilled chicken sandwich meal online and the sandwich wasn’t right. I reached out to the manager and she was totally understanding and gave me a remake on the whole combo! The sandwich tasted ok the first time but they got it perfect for me the second time!

This was my first visit to a Zaxby's and I was very happy with the food, I ordered an avocado ranch taco (3.00) and a small fry (2.49), both were hot and tasty. I would have liked the chicken to have been cut up in smaller pieces to be easier to eat but it was very good. The crinkle fries were great. My friend ordered a #2 Chicken Finger Plate (10.79) which comes with the chicken fingers, 2 sides and a drink, it was good but there are limited selections for sides so she got double fries since she doesn't like coleslaw. The server was great and helped us understand the menu since it was our first time there. We'll return for sure.

Spent $54.00 on lunch with my family, needed more ranch dip, I literally stood at the counter for about 10 minutes being totally ignored. I'm thinking we will eat at the Moody location from now on....oh, and although there were people waiting in line to place their order...they were ignored as well.
