Sitting outside their store right now, Not only was I pulled up , waiting an extra 20 minutes, my order was wrong, when I then had to park and go inside the staff argued with me, I brought my receipt that I just received. Still nothing but piss poor service, piss poor attitude, and a bill of over 60$, garbage service, garbage location. I would avoid the pell city zaxbys, there are better, cheaper, and more friendly places to eat.

Service was exceptional by her. every time i dine in the men’s bathroom is always out of paper towels and the stall doesn’t have lock.

Definitely different from the last Zensation salad I got here!Costs more, less lettuce, less slaw, and less chicken. Asked for extra dressing and got zero dressing at all. Thank goodness I'd ordered extra egg rolls and used the sauces from that for my salad.Since this is the 2nd disappointing salad from a Zaxbys, the universe is telling me that this is the last one I'll ever order.Service was great, though otherwise. Very friendly.I get inflation, but to charge more and cut down so much on quantity, nope. I don't mind paying more for things, but I do mind 3/4 or less product that looks nothing like what they advertised you get!!

Always love the food. Just don't like how much they have to worry about drive time and not their customers. They have to sit outside like at Chick-fil-A. A shame. But I do appreciate their food, time, and service that they do offer. Would recommend for lunch.

Tried to give zaxbys another shot. Walked in a 4 people had there back to the registers facing the kitchen. Menu screen was also totally black. Stood there 3 minutes no-one of them turned around. I would fire them all. I left.

Well my son saw the Zaxby's sign from the freeway on interstate 20 and said that they were as good as chic fil ate if not better so we pulled off the freeway and had lunch there this afternoon on our drive back home from North Carolina... So the food was very good both the chicken sandwich and the french fries were delicious..Vegetarian options: Maybe if you are a vegetarian that eats chicken ....Dietary restrictions: Not sure I would eat here if on a diet...Parking: There was plenty of parking unless you are towing a trailer like we are ....we parked at the home Depot across the street and walked to the restaurant from there...Kid-friendliness: There was no play area for kidsWheelchair accessibility: There is wheel chair access
