Friendly employee's. If you have eat at jacks and enjoyed it. You will enjoy this jacks. P.S. when I do drive through with any Jacks I always check my order.i usually order extra pickles onion and sauce.to make sure its correct. They have forgot to put my cream cheese strawberry pie in bag or gave me an apple. Which is good but when I want strawberry. Not very happy. They will always fix anything wrong. If you have not tried strawberry pie. You are missing a treat.

The Jack's in Piedmont Alabama is a great place for a meal or for a gathering. One thing that needs to be looked at at this Jack's and any other Jack's is the abundance of flies. The service is good, the food is good, the people are very good. One thing that I struggle with is the Jack's Rewards. I have too many receipts that I cannot scan into the system. Some days the system will scan three receipts in a row but the next day it won't scan any and give me the message that oops I can only scan two receipts within 3 hours of each other even though I haven't scanned any that day. Today in particular I scanned one receipt and started to scan a second receipt and got the same oops message. Other than that Jack's is a great place for a meal.

We're pretty much regulars here, the past couple times we have went there they can't seem to get the order placed right, if they actually do get the order in the computer right it's almost always something missing out of the bag. Was way over charged for a single gravy biscuit combo because they rang each individual item up instead of a combo then when called because my husband wasn't able to even get his food because we was over charged we was told if we come back at that moment they could give us the hash brown they left off of our order but they couldn't fix their mistake unless I came up a completely different day which made absolutely no sense to me at all. I asked that they refund and rering our order and couldn't even get that. They used to be the best place to eat in Piedmont but they have definitely gone down hill recently.
