We're pretty much regulars here, the past couple times we have went there they can't seem to get the order placed right, if they actually do get the order in the computer right it's almost always something missing out of the bag. Was way over charged for a single gravy biscuit combo because they rang each individual item up instead of a combo then when called because my husband wasn't able to even get his food because we was over charged we was told if we come back at that moment they could give us the hash brown they left off of our order but they couldn't fix their mistake unless I came up a completely different day which made absolutely no sense to me at all. I asked that they refund and rering our order and couldn't even get that. They used to be the best place to eat in Piedmont but they have definitely gone down hill recently.

The manager Johnny yelled at an employee infront of multiple customers saying “DONT ARGUE WITH ME!!!” When the lady was clearly not arguing with him.

They always get our meals right what we ask for.
I go there mainly for the grilled chicken sandwich, but order other stuff like salad. The other food is delicious too.
Food cold. Fries tasted like fried in old oil. No drink holder.
