Mi Rancho never fails to satisfy.

Come in for Taco Tuesday, Mexican Monday, Thirsty Thursday, Why Not a Burrito Wednesday, Fajitas Friday, Salsa Saturday, or Siesta Sunday for a good meal or great drinks!

I ordered the vegetarian enchiladas (3 different enchiladas).The spinach was sautéed in something very salty and not fully cooked. The cheese one was not melted inside, and all the wraps were chewy and not fully cooked. ? The guacamole salad that came with it was good though. A friend ordered the vegetarian taco salad which she said was very good. Queso dip was very runny. Service was good but seemed a bit slow for 1 pm with only two other tables filled and not many take outs...
