Rude nasty people work there. No menu to look at. I was told I would have to scan a code with my phone for the menu. Didn't have my phone so I'm out of luck with that one. So I ordered a large with 2 toppings. Bummer. I waited 15 minutes and came back for my pizza. The girl asked my name, put my pizza on the counter, turned her back and simply walked away. I said, thank you, she said nothing. No thank you. No nothing. I can't believe Pike Road would have nasty people working there. Especially when Publix is next door with awesome people working there. With that being said, I will not be back. Plenty of other places I can have a good experience at. Should have tried mellow mushroom I guess.

The pizza was OK not the best pizza I've ever heard from Papa John's but it's just was OK could've been better. It was ready on time when I went and picked it up. Service has kind of went down when you eating out nowadays but who can you blame that's what you get for eating out so much but other than that the pizza was OK

We order Papa John's pizza every week. We went on vacation to see family in Montgomery and ordered from this store #1919. We ordered 2 medium pizzas and bacon cheese sticks. Both pizzas looked monstrous. At least 4 slices were really just dough and no cheese with a couple toppings. The other slices did not taste very good either. Cheese was rubbery. We will not be ordering from here again.

We order online frequently, and the pizza is always correct. They make them very quickly, and if you don't want to wait for the longer delivery time during busy times, just pick it up.

We received our order in a timely manner and had ordered 4 of the 5 cent seasoning packets. We started eating and didn't know we did not receive the 4 seasoning packets. After about 30 minutes our delivery man (David) rang the doorbell and said they realized we did not receive the packets and gave them to us.
Kudos to David who is a great representative for this store and not only did a good deed, but had a great attitude and friendly personality when he delivered the pizza.
