Had an awesome experience with Mellow Mushroom in Pike Road! Ordered online for a birthday party and everything was ready right on time, hot, and super fresh. The large House pizza was amazing, the pretzel bites (scored them free from a survey ) were perfect, and the new Pizza Rolls with hot honey were a HUGE hit—everyone loved them. Big shout out to the general management team Emily and JW for always taking great care of customers and making sure everything runs smooth. You can really tell they care, and it makes the whole experience even better. Thanks for making a birthday party dinner easy and delicious!

Mellow Mushroom Pike Road just wow! This has been one of my family’s favorite pizza place since we first tried it. The staff are incredibly kind and always take care of their customers. One time there was an accident with our order pork and onions ended up on our pizza even though we asked for none but they handled it beautifully. They replaced it right away and even gave us a gift card!
The food is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the Buffalo pizza (ask for ranch if you don’t like it spicy) and the truffle oil with mushrooms pizza it’s a must! And DO NOT forget to try their wings, especially the garlic parmesan ones.
They genuinely make every visit amazing.

The food we did get was good, but that's it. We didn't even get everything we ordered. It took about 20 minutes to get our drinks and then would be told after waiting they are out of ginger beer for the mules and was brought a blue moon instead of a Modelo. (Find out later we were charged for don Julio when asked for well tequila) We ordered our appetizer at the same time as our drinks which then took another 20 minutes to come out and then had to ask for it. After another long wait one of our pizzas came out along with another order of the appetizer. We stated we already received that and had a pizza. 20 minutes later we were then brought another wrong pizza. I understand being short staffed. I work in fine dining I run more than 7 tables at a time. This place is outrageously slow, manager is a no show, and throws new servers to the fishes. Get y'all's stuff together please because we have way more patience than most people, the fact we asked for a percentage off the ticket and spoke with our server about our frustrations. It then took her another few minutes to try to find her boss who then never came out to speak with us and only took $10 off the bill. Did not take the don Julio off the bill. Everyone was running like a chicken with their head cutoff with one party and 5 tables total in the whole restaurant. Training and organized skills obsolete.

Order was wrong. I learned this after waiting twenty minutes. The 1/2 pizza order was one whole of the 1/2 . Then I asked for no regular tomatoes only fire roasted - they put both on there. This went through two clerks at the desk , the manager and the area manger witnessed it all. Her remark when they gave me the wrong pizza with the other pizza was you can warm it up. So if you want a messed up order with people who don't give a care working there please waist your money. No more for me. This was there last chance. Oh while watching the show of shows - my salad was setting out getting hot the whole time. For the price you expect quality. It is dead there.
