Love, LOVE this location! My usual Mellow Mushroom is the one in Five Points in Birmingham and this one, while newer, more modern, and open, definitely has the correct vibes! Our waitress was incredibly attentive and well spoken, and the food itself was yummy. What an incredible addition to the Pike Road area!
Great food with abysmal service. Sitting at the bar for 20 minutes without acknowledgment even when a bar is full and 3 bartender's working speaks volumes.

Dined in at approximately 5:00 pm March 9, 2024. Waited almost 1 hour for small pepperoni pizza. We never received our pizza. People seated at table next to us that came after us received their pizzas. We then left and told hostess on our way out we never received pizza. We will not be back.

This was my first time at this location. I have eaten at the downtown location which has since closed down. We arrived right when the restaurant opened at 11 and were seated immediately. I don't think the waitress ever stated her name.I ordered the spinach artichoke dip, a medium great White Pizza, and a strawberry lemon limeade. The food was made promptly and everything was nice and hot. The everything tasted amazing! No complaints. My food totaled $36. So you definitely get your moneies worth. The TVs were showing basketball because it's March madness of course! ? The atmosphere is nice and relaxed. It is a family friendly place.

To the server we had this week I believe Tuesday night. You were amazing < Justin maybe> the young guy that worked the bar and tables. He went above and beyond for my little girl that is 1. He wanted to fix her a couple strawberries, diced them, made sure they were small enough. And he was upset he didn't have whipped cream. This action meant the world to us, you took time and made the sweetest gesture to your littlest customer. This doesn't go Un noticed and you are so appreciated. My family needed this Tuesday night. The kindness you showed to my little girl. Well done friend!!!!

Walked in to an almost empty restaurant. There was 1 table eating outside and 2 dining inside. It was a beautiful day, so we requested outdoor seating. We were told we couldn’t eat outside because there were only 2 severs and told it would take 2 hours to wait if we wanted to eat outdoors. We opted to order at the counter, serve ourselves and eat outdoors. Five minutes later a server brought a party of 6 to sit outside. We have three young children. The dinner was a disaster due to lack of service.Dietary restrictions: Great gluten free pizza!

Love most mellow mushroom restaurants, was so excited about this opening! But disappointed half the time our custom order is messed up and then ordered pretzel bites which is usually great at most locations but they come out SO burnt it’s just money wasted and we had to toss. The staff/management is nice but it’s just frustrating I never know how the order will work out at this location and busy nights is worse, less order mix ups on slow days I’m noticing. Never had issues at other locations in Atlanta, Florida or Arkansas locations.
Glad to see they have opened a location nearer our home. We always get the house special pizza. Really good!

This was a very good experience, there was good parking, and the staff greeted you at the door. The server was pleasant and friendly and knowledgeable. We had pizza, the toppings were very good but the thick crust was a little chewy, the server said that it was made with molasses. They do have thin crust. I will go back.

This mellow mushroom in Pike road continues to shine. I know it has just opened, but I've yet to experience any issues. Sometimes with a new place there are things that go on. Service has been outstanding. The food has been outstanding. The bar they have is operated by bartenders that know what they're doing. The waitresses know when to come by and get a refill. It's just been a good experience all around.

I've ordered the large veggie pizza for takeout numerous times. The pizza is always ready during the estimated time. Occasionally the toppings are unevenly distributed, but overall the pizza is tasty. I gave the vegan veggie pizza a try, but the cheese didn't suit my taste.
