The drinks are always on point. They cycle out a specialty menu monthly and often have a new drink of the week. Staff is helpful with recommendations if you’re new to it all. Molly is the greatest! This is our go to (almost daily) tea shop.

Don’t show up close to closing expecting t receive service! I ask for a protein shake (keep in mind that’s 1/2 of their menu as they only serve loaded teas and shakes). I was told (with an attitude) that they aren’t selling shakes. Since it was 15 minutes to closing, I’m assuming that they couldn’t be bothered to wash out the containers. Granted they’re only even open 4-5 hours a day anyways the majority of the week. Used to be a loyal customer but I’ve had the final straw with the owners tone and attitude towards customers. I will gladly be taking my business elsewhere!

The staff are friendly and the drinks are amazing. I tried the Malibu Barbie and Dolly Parton and loved both! They open early so it's a great choice for a healthy start to the day.

We love New Wave! Every time we go I get the Black Widow, which is a grapey flavor. Sometimes I think I should branch out but I just can't help it, this flavor is so addictive! Service is always speedy. My only complaint is I wish their hours were a little longer.

My first visit was five stars (The staff was so friendly and the drinks are so good) but the second and third visit one star (rude staff - I was the only customer and the young lady rushed my order didn't give me time to look at the menu she was extremely extremely rude. So I won't be returning bc of that one rude employee.
New Wave is the best place for a Loaded Tea and/or shake! I go at least 3 times a week on my lunch break or whenever I need a good pick me up. They always have fun seasonal flavors that are constantly changing and they have a HUGE selection of shakes. They are also great about making a combination for you even if they don't have that specific tea on the menu. I love this place. Everybody should give it a try they have something for everyone, even kids!
