My family has been going to San Marcos in Pike Road since it opened. It has always been a positive experience. We eat there every week.Tonight, we went there for dinner. When I received my food, I noticed after a few bites that there was a hair on my plate. I told the waiter, and he removed the plate; I did not want a replacement. A few minutes later, the manager came to our table with the hair in his hand, held the hair up, and told us he had walked around holding the hair up to his employees and it did not belong to any of them, and then he said it looked like my husband's hair. We were both completely shocked! I let the manager know that this was horrific customer service - to accuse long-standing customers of doing something like that. I was so upset that I cried. And it was completely wrong of him to bring the hair back to our table; that was the most absurd part of the whole experience. We did not ask for a discount, and we paid for my husband's meal and drink, and we tipped; we simply expected to be treated in a kind and professional manner.I spoke with the manager twice, and he did not think anything about what he did. I asked for the owner's phone number, but the number he gave us did not work.

Food was okay. Frozen ice cream was awesome. Must try. Only $3.75. I ordered TWO SMALL SOPES($9.5) which is waste of money. No one from my family liked it. Overall all good experience. Price was reasonable.
