My partner and I had tried to have dinner at the waffle house on Boyd-Cooper and we ended up leaving due to attitude, incorect order and atmosphere (to-go cups,plates and utensils). Thankfully we came here to the pike rd location where everything was completely different. Great customer service, hospitality and the food was excellent. After the first location I wanted to go somewhere else but my partner really wanted waffle house. I'm super glad I let her talk me into trying again.
Great job pike rd! Excellent job to KeiKei our waitress and the cook! Yall made our night way better. Thank you.

Wow ? if I could give this Waffle House 1 Million stars I would. The service was given with a smile, the place was super clean, and the food was OMG So delicious!!! I’m going back this week for sure…. Shoutout to the amazing manager Barb Montgomery..

I have been here several times, and the service and food has always been great?but today took the cake! Today, my son and I were serviced by Nicia, she was absolutely delightful and treated my little one like a King!

I wish I knew the black waitress name at this location. She was EXTREMELY rude and not friendly. In my opinion, when working with the public, you should have a pleasant demeanor- smile occasionally rather you mean it or not. You don't have to hold a conversation but don't be an a**.
