This particular location the service was horrible, my dad and I were seated at order was placed,but as we sat and waited for our order to arrive observed several other patrons come in and get orders befor we did...not sure why

Went with my family for lunch. When we sat down they ignored us for ten minutes. We were the only ones in there. When they finally took our order, it took them twenty minutes just to give us our drinks. They messed up three of our meals. Forgot two waffles, and had to remind them five times to get Splenda and creamer. Have never been so disappointed in a Waffle House before.

My partner and I had tried to have dinner at the waffle house on Boyd-Cooper and we ended up leaving due to attitude, incorect order and atmosphere (to-go cups,plates and utensils). Thankfully we came here to the pike rd location where everything was completely different. Great customer service, hospitality and the food was excellent. After the first location I wanted to go somewhere else but my partner really wanted waffle house. I'm super glad I let her talk me into trying again.
