We drove from Prattville to right on the edge of Montgomery just to eat here. The food was delicious! The only thing was the salsa wasn't as thick or good as usual. After we got our food the server never came back until we flagged him down.

My first time visiting this restaurant. Drove from Birmingham to Montgomery for my niece and nephew birthday party. They had a private room reserved for about 35-40 of us. The wait staff was extremely helpful, very friendly and provided quick service for such a large group. Naturally, they included an 18% tip automatically. And they didn’t overcharge on the tip. It was actually 18% (some restaurants try to get away with stealing when gratuity is automatically included). The service was great so so I gave extra in addition to the gratuity.
Being plant-based, it’s quite challenging to eat out in Alabama. However, I was able to get a vegetarian burrito with no cheese and I added lettuce, pico de gallo, and guacamole. It was a decent serving. The staff was extremely helpful. Everyone else ordered as is and they enjoyed their meals as well.
Let me just add that the prices are outrageously generous, and they’re always running a special for instance, we got 10% off our meals because we brought in a church program (since it was Sunday)
I don’t drink alcohol but the prices again are insane lol. Hard to pass up if you like your spirits. Hahaa
All in all, I enjoyed my experience.

Cucos hosted our soccer team and they were so accommodating. The food was great! Sour cream enchiladas and cheese dip with ground beef added was so yummy. Great service as well.

Good food and outstanding service! They hosted our school soccer team and made the night so special — they even set up karaoke and everyone had the best time. The patio is spacious and was reserved just for our group, which made it perfect. Highly recommend for team dinners and group events!

Always super experience here at this Cucos, our server, Mariah was on point, she got everything right and even made sure the extra salsa I ask for was delivered timely. When the food came out it was hot, fresh with plenty of cheese. Their black beans are seasoned just right and the melted cheese on top of them makes them a perfect compliment to my meal. As a retired military member they always take care of me and my wife by honoring their military discount which I always give back in the tip because the service is never lacking there ..this restaurant cares about it's customers and we always choose here first when we go out to eat Mexican food, even though it is across town...thanks as always Cucos.
