My first visit to this Subway was smooth, I did a walk in order and left satisfied. This second time I did an online order for the buy on get one for a dollar. I place order before the cut off time. Everything went through and I had a time to pick up. My money was taken from my account as well so it wasn't a issue with funds. I got there at the time it said my order would be done. It was no customers and one staff member, I gave her my name and she printed out a receipt that said my order was void/ cancelled. I did not see the email that said it was cancelled till I got home. After reading it I saw it was cancelled on the locations end not the website. I asked why the cancellation and she told me it was because it was at cut off time and then said because they don't do BOGO. Smh so I place an order there thinking my money was not taken off my card and it declined. So I asked why didn't you all call and say it was cancelled like other places. I was told to check the app which I didn't have downloaded I went online to the site and everything still said my order was good to go. So yeah this location will cancel your order but my funds are pending so I'm good. I don't recommend this Subway.

I placed an order on their app on 10/5/25. Picked up order and wrong bread not toasted and wrong cheese were on sandwiches. My error for not checking my food before leaving the restaurant. Could not use the BOGO1 to get additional sub for $1. Do not order online. Chances are your order will be wrong. Never again going to the Subway!

This location doesn't accept coupons. No tag showing they don't accept coupons until check-out. I went to another place to order. I also noticed that this place's price is $1 higher than another place for footlong.

Placed an order tonight for 3 footlong subs, at the register I was informed that this location does not accept subway coupons. When did subway start not accepting their own coupons? I'm very disappointed at this level of service that effects all subway customers. The employees, who were very nice and welcoming during my visit, I have absolutely no complaint for, thank you.

They said “we don’t take coupons”. Fine. Suit yourself, but you won’t get my business again. Also your employees might get a better tip if you did accept coupons.

The meatballs were discussing! Wifey said they were old and had been in the pot for a while. Don’t know if this is true but those balls were bad.

False advertising, as a friend of a regional manager of a subway, I can tell you that when subway runs a national ad, a store has to CHOOSE to opt in, including online sales. This is a common scam. I ordered online, arrived to the store, and they canceled my order, did not get a phone call or anything, and they told me they do not honor the promotion.
If this happens to you, please contact corporate, they are trying to bring you in the door and get you to pay full price.

Tomatoes had freezer frost on them and still trying to serve them. Sweet Tea was terrible they poured a coffee pot of tea in the tea bin filled with water and forgot to and sugar I'm guessing
