I went through the drive thru. Order taken quickly. I ordered 2 whopper Jrs. Both buns were hard. I could barely taste the meat. Lettuce was a little brown and for some reason I always get that tomato with hard core in it.

VERY SLOW!!! I ordered in the app and opted to go in and still waited over 20 minutes for 2 burgers. I observed a worker come in clock in and start bagging and fixing fries without washing his hands. Anyone who knows me knows I was watching closely to make sure he didn't touch our food. This is the closest Burger to us and that's what my daughter wanted for dinner. The other worker behind the register was apologetic. If this is what you crave....be prepared for wait.

I was pretty disappointed overall with the experience I had at BK on 11/2/23 around 630pm. I sat in the drive thru at the order mic for about 10 minutes. The entire time the mic is on inside and the employees are talking. Some of the things they were saying about the customers inside was totally disrespectful. Additionally, it appears that they only are able to serve 1 customer at a time in the drive thru. I guess the clock never runs if you just don't take there order. I have low standards for food service, but the level of disrespectfulness amd lack of service going on makes me wonder about the quality of food. I left without ordering, since they are the only BK in the area I will sadly enough just shop elsewhere.

Unless you are Tony Stark and have been trapped in a cave for 3 months building a suit of armor, do not go to this Burger King. I sat in the drive thru from 1:30 pm to well past 2 pm, and no one said anything over the speaker. I was the only one there. I know people were in there, a guy brought the trash out.
I visited Burger King with the simple expectation of enjoying a quick and tasty meal, but I was met with a series of disappointments. My first letdown was the unavailability of sweet tea, which I had been looking forward to. Settling for a Coke, I was surprised when water gushed out of the soda fountain instead. It seemed as though all the beverage options were malfunctioning, except for Dr. Pepper. Reluctantly, I opted for that, only to be greeted by an even more concerning issue: my chicken sandwich was served completely raw. Although the staff did replace it upon complaint, the situation raised serious concerns about food safety and quality control.The condition of the establishment did little to redeem the situation, as it was very dirty, a clear sign of poor upkeep. Despite my hope that things would improve with time, my annual visits have consistently been underwhelming. The only solace in this experience was the decent quality of the French fries, but that's hardly enough to counterbalance the negatives.Given the recurrent negative experiences, I find it hard to justify returning to Burger King. For those looking for a more pleasant dining experience in Pinson, I highly recommend the local Mexican restaurant, which has never failed to deliver quality and satisfaction.

Out of tomatoes. I see why this franchise is going under. The people working are the bottom of the barrel. I was the only customer in the building, and stood there several minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, with at 7 or 8 people working. I will never give this place my business again.

We went by to grab a quick dinner and it turned out terrible. We sat in the drive thru for roughly 30 minutes to get 2 woppers, 2 chicken sandwiches, and a fry! Worst experience ever!!

I honestly don't know why I keep giving this location another chance. The service is terribly slow, and i always have to pull up and wait. Then, after waiting 10 minutes for "fast food," my order is never correct. This location either needs a new owner or just shut down. Tonight, I ordered an impossible whopper without onion/mayo. I received one with no onion, mayo, ketchup, or lettuce. The single tomato slice was about the size of a silver dollar. Once again, I had to go inside to get it corrected.
