Tuesday Nov 24, 2025 we bought pizzas here, got home and started eating it, found a human hair in the pizza, spent 40.00 on our meal, called the store and was told it happens and nothing they can do about it, I have pictures and I can do something about it, so I reached out to the health department today, they took the piece that had long human hair in it, and there going to investigate it, im told they should be wearing gloves, facial and hair nets which none of them do, once we found the hair of course we felt sick because of it and threw it in the garbage, plus they didn't even fix it like we had asked, want do business here any longer.

Charging a delivery fee which doesn’t go to drivers should be a crime. I will not order from a pizza place that charges a delivery fee. That is insane. Our previous pick up orders have been cold and did not taste great. The service here is not good. Another restaurant in Pinson that gets one star.

Horrible, horrible experience. Our order was dropped off UPSIDE DOWN!!! And only two wings in container. The rest on the steps of our front porch. I called. On the phone was 36 minutes!! Said it would be re delivered and remade and refunded. Then they said they will not be re delivering. We will never eat here again and I hope in the future they prioritize there customer service or their store will go out of business. Very disappointed.

Witnessed one employee verbally abuse another employee. Also vulgar music was blaring while children were present. Wouldn't know if the food was good or not since we never got what we ordered.

I just went to this location for the first time on 10/31/2025 at 9:00 pm. I walked in to pickup my order and cursing rap music was blaring across the whole restaurant. They ended up giving my pizza to another customer and then tried to give it back to me after he brought it back into the store when he realized it wasn’t his. I asked for it to be remade or I wanted a refund. one of the females stormed off to the back when she heard my request. After a minute or two the other female employee who was very nice and respectful asked her to help with my refund and that sent her into a fit of rage and she screamed at the top of her lungs that she “already told her twice she has to go through two mangers to approve the refund!!!” She threw a tantrum when I simply just wanted it remade or refunded. Terrible experience. And I don’t think the one girl can handle the stress of making pizzas on a Friday night when it’s busy. Sensitivity training should be recommended for the girl who threw the tantrum and caused a scene in the restaurant over a customers request. And furthermore, little Caesar’s would have to be infested with the black plague before I stepped foot in this store again.

I ordered through the app, two pizzas and had a slight issue with what I received. Brittany was great and fixed them with no issues and even made them better! The atmosphere wasn’t great, seemed super rushed and some workers seemed they didn’t want to be there.. but customer service was 10 stars!
Awesome pizza ! Great flavor ! I am ecstatic we have a Domino's in Pinson !! My pizza was brought out to my car, very nice young man !
