Jack's Family Restaurant

When they reopened they were great.. as time passes they are going down hill. Fried chicken way over cooked mash potatoes portions are not consistent. Fries always cold. Milkshake is never a full portion. 2 times have got home and order not all in the bag.

Great service and fast

Friday around 6 or 6:20 pm came in got my regulars 2 hamburgers plain with a water as soon as my order was put in the food was done and the customer service was amazing and the person made my food really nice guy keep up the great work

Cheap, fast, mostly consistent.

Depending on what you're ordering and what time you order it, it can be great. At 7:00 p.m., I ordered the dinner special -two piece chicken. Unfortunately for me, one piece of my chicken was so dry, I couldn't eat it. The other piece was so greasy, I could barely eat it. I ordered an apple pie and I got a strawberry cream cheese pie that had apparently been sitting there all day. My mashed potatoes without gravy and my green beans were fine. To say that I'm disappointed would be an understatement. I didn't really have the energy to take it back. I think my dog will be happy with the chicken that I couldn't eat. I think what time it is really does matter what time you order because I got the same order a few days ago early in the day and it was perfection. Lesson learned I guess. it's just the dinner special doesn't start till 7:00, so they had only been running it for an hour. the food was like it had been there all day. So disappointed. Won't be back for a while!

As far as fast food goes Jack's is one of the best!

They always forget to add the sauce to every meal.

Jacks in Pinson is ALWAYS good!!!

My husband stopped by and brought home lunch from Jack’s in Pinson the other day. He had ordered green beans with his meal. There were chicken bones in them. Made me sick to my stomach to think how chicken bones would wind up in the green beans. I could accept a whole wing. But bones? Made me think they go through the garbage and put any thing saleable back in the pots. I’ll never go back there. We get food there fairly often, but it’s just not worth the risk now.

Almost quit going, always been a favorite but lately not that good and service is not good

I really love Jack’s. It was one of my childhood favorites. I wanna love this location because it’s so close to my home. Sadly, each time I go something goes wrong. They have a nice manager but the staff needs an attitude adjustment. I’m pretty sure they weren’t recruited, they actually applied for a position here. It’s unfair to treat the customers as if we are a problem. I always smile, greet the associates, and asked how they are doing? I promise if they would practice this they’d be the best fast food place in the area. I realize they get busy, but if they would focus and get serious about their position that location would soar!!

Great place I visit often

Every time my wife brings me a Big Jack with no Mayonnaise home it is smothered in MAYONNAISE no mustard or ketchup just extra MAYONNAISE . The ticket clearly says NO MAYONNAISE TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES TO READ. You could hire work release employees that could make a HAMBURGER RIGHT ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE
