Little Caesars Pizza

I placed an online order through the app and every time I place an order through the app it comes from this location. My order included 1 EMB Cheese pizza, 2 EMB Pepperoni pizzas, Pepperoni Crazy Puffs, 2 Liter Mountain Dew and a 20oz Mountain Dew. Every time I place an order through Little Caesars app I never receive what I pay for!! Something in my order is always left out. It wouldn’t be a big deal if these were rare occasions but every freaking time I order some part of my order is missing!! I DO NOT recommend the use of the LIttle Caesars app if your food is being delivered from this location!! I am beyond fed up and they have definitely lost a customer. I am not one to normally complain but this is now beyond ridiculous! I have been promised refunds for the issue and don’t get the refunds. I’ll give my money to Papa John’s. They may cost a little more but at least they get my order correct and actually deliver everything I order!

The food is absolutely delicious and super hot the cheese is cheesing and not a long wait time

Just like every other Little caesars in the state of alabama Hour-long wait times for hot and ready pizza.This place can never keep staff And when they do they are rude and ignorant Cooks don't even know how to cut the pizza the right way?Avoid this place at all costs

Ordered ahead and still got and older pizza that wasn't freshly made. Nobody up front, again.

Took my order and five people came in behind me and ordered all of them got their food before me then they said they didn't know what my order was then after I told them what my order was they still continue to make other people's food until I got up and said I want a refund then all of a sudden you can get my food that place is so unorganized. How hard is it to make the order that comes in first

Always crowded but short staff. Do order online before you go. You will not wait long. Food is good

Today near 3:45 pm, I tried to place an order with an associate inside the store. Only problem- the associates were in the back raising their voices at each other. We could see the staff in the back (no one running the counter). After waiting a few minutes, one customer shook her head and walked out the door empty handed. A customer seated next to me yelled towards the staff in the back, "a customer just left". I'm unsure if they heard it over their continued loud "conversation". I continued to wait, hoping someone would come to the counter and greet us. No one came. After waiting a little while more, I gave up and walked out. I've done 20 years in management and customer service. You ALWAYS make contact with your customers when they first come through the door, no matter how busy you are. They are the reason you are here!
I hope corporate reads this review. I'll wait to return to Lil Caesars Pinson until they can figure out the basics of running a business. Very disappointed!

If you’re thinking about getting a pizza from here, think again, the place is nasty on the inside and the workers will not help you. I Have came here 2 different times and both times I was unable to be served due to worker incompetence. Unable or unwilling to make pizza . Calling health services on the store. Place needs to be closed down ASAP.

The front desk worker with pink and blue hair was very unprofessional and rude. Was no help and entire team left one person to run it all with customers waiting over an hour on pizza!! Please go somewhere else. Pinson location

Lobby hours are posted as being open till 9:00 on Tuesdays. They decided to close at 8:52 and refused to open the door to accommodate me. I had a pizza portal order ready, as proven by the mailed notification that I showed them on my phone. Employees inside said they were permitted to close early if they wanted to. The manager spoke rudely to me and another customer, saying that a call to corporate would do nothing because they aren’t corporate. She just rudely told me to get into the drive thru line, which had about 4 cars in it at the time. I won’t be back soon to this location. Hopefully the franchise owner will take responsibility in order to avoid loss of more customers.
