This is ABSOLUTELY the worst service you can ever get first they did not put our order in the computer so they had everything wrong then we we got home and open our food and in our chicken nuggets there was a roach leg in there. This is absolutely laziness from the workers not wanting to clean up in the kitchen!

One of the co workers serving food for drive thru orders was eating food while looking at me waiting for my food at the window, still kept grabbing with bare hands as if it was okay.

Closes earlier than posted store hours. Lobby is shut down for drive thru only orders but I ordered an in store pickup. So annoying to not be able to cancel my order and have to wait in line.
The people that work in this location are the ABSOLUTE worst. They're rude, and if they get something wrong, they treat you like it's your fault, and you're not supposed to ask them to fix it. They're perpetually short-handed, but that doesn't excuse the attitude. They're also, really rude to people that aren't tech savvy and have trouble ordering on the kiosks. I won't be going back!

Absolutely horrible at this location. The food is NEVER right and the fresh food they make you pull around for is wrong and cold. EVERYTIME, when you call to talk to a manager the staff lies and says they are the manager when they arnt and the real manager is just careless with whats going on. I would NEVER EVER recommend going to this location, just dont.

This McDonalds in Pinson was completely unprofessional and unmanaged. All of the employees are wearing dirty house clothes such as leggings, pullovers, etc. They are using profanity at each other extremely loudly, and are rude to everyone that is in there. The only nice employee who worked the front, brought me out my food, and when I asked for my sauces she looked terrified and said she would prefer not to ask them for the sauces. When I asked for the sauces they rolled their eyes at me, but gave them to me. This lets me know they are also bullying some of the employees. Overall, for your sake please avoid this McDonald’s until someone can fix these issues.
