Terrible service one women made us go back through the drive thru just for one medium fry then handed us a small fry giving the complete wrong size and most our food was old as we left you could see her laughing about it in the window I would never come back to this McDonald's I wouldnt eat here and I advise anyone else to not come to this McDonald's.

We had a horrible experience! Went to go eat dinner with my dad and my son hollered he was hungry so we stopped to get him some nuggets and the lady in the drive thru was so rude she was rushing us with our order and kept on with a smart tone so we just pulled off and she starts screaming out the window at us . Will not be back

Drive through speaker I've complained about for months volume is extremely low. Quite gasoline vehicles people often have to shut car off and the app for the Pinson location will indicate closed in the morning when they're clearly open however, I think it indicates open an hour after actual opening, perhaps daylight savings setting is off.

Horrible in Pinson and the drive thru employees are rude
They are the most rudest people ever , this girl with braids on the drive thru window I asked her 3 times for a cup holder and she couldn’t hear me because she had AIR PODS IN . Chelsea do better your hiring these teenagers who do NOT CARE about there jobs .

Went here a few days ago through the drive-thru and my order was wrong so today I decided to go inside an order on the machine so there's no confusion. I wanted to sit down and eat so at the machine I ordered inside and picked up a table locator they screamed my table number and had my food in a bag instead of on a tray and my French fries are literally dumped upside down in my bag the straw was already open and the bag was ripped. Also when I went back inside To let them know my fries were upside down and dumped all of my bag They literally cuss at me. Everyone working day shift needs to be fired
