0 stars would be more accurate. Made an online order and went to get it. Whole restaurant was shut down unless you're a door dash driver, no signs on the drive through or anything. Tried to go inside to pick up my order and someone was blocking the door making sure you were a door dash driver. When she opened up the door nothing but the stench of weed coming out the door. Still never got a refund either.

Ordered 4 peice chicken nuggets for my dog. That was my entire order. Told to pull around and park to wait. After 10 ish mins, got my cold nuggets. Opened the bags and went to feed one to my pup and suddenly someone is banging their fist on my front windshield. Yes, their fist. Cracked my window & the lady started screaming at me saying I couldn’t just sit in the “to go” spot. I was so shocked and upset. I told her I’d stay as long as I pleased. Tow me if you want.. sat there and fed my dog. What in the actual… unbelievable. This location is the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever experienced. The only they are consistent at is cold food and bad service.

Waited 15 min to get the WRONG order. Then they had the nerve to ask me to pull up and wait again after telling the 4 other cars in front of me to do the same. 20 min wait later I left. you can keep the money and the food. Small price to pay for the knowledge, this location is absolute garbage. Staff is incredibly rude.

The cocky woman who thinks her last name is McDonald’s needs a new job. The frappe’ machine magically doesn’t work, because the lazy employees don’t want to clean it. My wife and I sat in the drive through for five cars on the left side to go in front of us before we had to circle around and ask why didn’t anyone take the order from the right windows?= Mrs. McDonald’s answer……I don’t wait on people in that line. Worst run McDonald’s I have ever seen or been to. They will not receive any of my or my family’s business. Glad I don’t live in Pinson!

Worst McDonald’s in the area! Smells like weed the staff are not friendly and can’t heat food to save their lives.

This is ABSOLUTELY the worst service you can ever get first they did not put our order in the computer so they had everything wrong then we we got home and open our food and in our chicken nuggets there was a roach leg in there. This is absolutely laziness from the workers not wanting to clean up in the kitchen!
