I use to really like this place... went in tonight to order take out... Cindy took my order... not a very welcoming person... placed my order and paid... was told there would be a little wait... so I walked in 2 of the stores in the same shopping center... 35 minutes after paying for my order I asked could we check its status... Cindy walked away mumbling under her breathe... I could see her walk all the way to the kitchen... as she walked into the kitchen she threw her hands up... came back and said they were working on it...My question is... why be so rude to a paying customer?? I get it was a little busy... but shouldn't that be a good thing?? Being irritated is one thing... letting the customer see it is completely different...HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM THE "MANAGER" CINDY.

Munoz Mexican grill is my go to! The service is incredible, everyone who works there treats like a friend! I usually order the Munoz special with steak and I have never been disappointed. The cheese dip and salsa is the best around!

Just left for lunch and it was AWFUL! My cheese was frozen everything else was cold. The waiter knew it was bad too. Then when asked how it was by the cashier and I told her how bad it was she basically went back and forth with me about how it couldn’t have been.
