Shopping here is ok, but as far as the deli and bakery go I'd chose another location. Both departments are always out of items especially the fried chicken in the deli. The customer service could use some fine tuning. I feel like this is the only Publix location that isn't all that great.

Publix has become the leading name in the supermarket field here in the southeast. Once you experience a Publix supermarket yourself, I am confident that you will understand how Publix has become such an iconic supermarket brand and has developed such a loyal customer base down here in the southeast. Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge.It is great to see Publix expanding beyond the boundaries of their home state of Florida and spreading throughout the southeast. Not only am I happy about it, but I am confident that the communities that Publix opens a location in are very grateful for a Publix opening by them.I would definitely recommend this particular Publix location or any Publix location and I give it five stars.

Recently ordered a graduation cake for my niece online. All of that went smoothly. Red velvet was the selected flavor. We were given chocolate (unbeknownst to me) until the cake was cut into a day later. Apparently , I missed the call from the bakery hours before my scheduled pickup time on Monday. I will take SOME responsibility on that BUT I feel that when I picked up the cake they should have at least made me aware since you never actually spoke to me. I don't need you telling me that chocolate is basically red velvet without the dye when I called the day after. I already know that .....I just think the communication was off in how this was handled. Cake was cool but still a big Yikes from me!
