I pulled up at the drive through at about a quarter till 11. There was 2 cars in front of me. One at the speaker and one behind it, then me. And then another car pulled in behind me. There was absolutely nobody in the drive in front of the speaker. Nobody at the window with 4 bus sit there. 4 cars sat there for every bit of 10 minutes, and then I drove off they was still sitting there. But it looked like, as I was driving past the window. Somebody was trying to take a order. But it was, it's pitiful, absolutely pitiful. I would be so embarrassed to say that was a store that I was a manager of I would fire every one of them but it is Sunday September. The 14th at about 11 o'clock 11 PM. I'll go there.It's not worth it.Your time or money

The restaurant itself is nice looking, the staff leave much to be desired and they are always out of Mountain Dew Baja blast, something that you would think they would have plenty of. They changed the option in the lobby to regular Mountain Dew, probably thinking no one will notice. And it seems every time we order, they forget something. It was happening so often that we stopped ordering through drive-thru and through door dash, now we have to go in every time to make sure we get what we actually ordered.

This is the worst Taco Bell that I have ever ordered from. The tacos had nothing inside of them even though they cost $4 each. They are soggy smashed and don't have any of the ingredients that I ordered on them. I am amazed that they are still in business. This is thoroughly disappointing.

The address takes you to the wrong place, they now have their own building. Directly across from McDonald's in the shopping plaza.
My supreme crunchwrap is nothing but lettuce and tomatoes. Disappointed 😞

I used to work here and it's gone down hill honestly me and my mom go up there and the cashier is leaning on the window playing on her phone.we get our food and we look at it when we get home the order was correct but there was barely any chicken in the soft tacos the starter should have told one of his or her associates hey we need more chicken I know the manager and she's amazing person and leader that trained me when I worked there and she needs to hold her crew/team accountable cause money comes and goes but a reputation never goes away

I hate that this taco bell sucks and it’s closer to home I have to go all da way to da one on Deerfoot for great food 🤦🏼♀️ sigh yesterday I ordered 2 burrito 2 double stackers and 12 cinnamon bites they gave me 11 and my food was burnt and cold what a waste of money never again 2 things either bring people who actually care about customer food and working or shut it down think about it been you guys food and waste of money you’ll feel the same anyone reading this don’t spend your money here as you can how many complaints they have

Couldn’t hear good so drove up to window to order Lady stood with her back to window not wanting to take the order. She finally opened window mad gave price closed window to talk to another employee then repeated price never even gave a receipt turned with back to window the whole time we was there. When order was ready she still stood there with back to us and the other employee gave us the order. I have never been disrespected at a fast food. I even took pictures of her with back to us
