Most of the time my orders are incorrect. Wether it’s a disregard for the ingredients that have been requested, or just not receiving what was ordered, this Taco Bell seems to have a problem with standards and consistency. Often the workers seem like they’d want to be anywhere but there assisting you. Just go to the next city/ town. You’ll more than likely end up back in line or going inside to have your order corrected.

Walked in at 12:20 stood at counter for a few minutes before we were even acknowledged. The lady working the drive thru said we are short handed and I'm working the drive thru, but you can use the kiosk. I don't work for Taco Bell. If you don't have the staff to work the front counter...close the lobby!
Waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes. Ordered half of the order, the worker asked to for us to “hold on”. 10 minutes later she came back finished the order. When we arrived at the window, employees were sitting in the lobby eating Milo’s. Employees attitudes are horrible and food is never right either. Dont even think about ordering from the app. They swear your order is correct or it “glitches”.

Order nacho bell grande that was nothing, but beans and order my husband Mexican pizza that he said tasted burnt and the little side tacos that come with each meal were cold and old tasting. Highly don't recommend waste of money !
