The ribs would be perfect if not for the over use of salt. It over powered all the other rub spices. I'm pretty sure that my mother salted my baby food, so I'm no stranger to the shaker. This, however, was just too much.
Outstanding BBQ at a great price. The pulled pork and brisket were both tender and juicy, not over cooked or dry. Hardly even needed any sauce but the sauce was amazing!
We purchased BBQ Stop for a Christmas party yesterday. It was ready when I picked it up and they carried my order to my vehicle. All of the food was so delicious!! We ordered pork, chicken, green beans and mac n’ cheese. We look forward to picking up food from here again!
