The best huddle house that ive visited. I have never had a bad experience here. Kassandra is always so welcoming and Melisa is such a hard worker and you can tell she loves her customers. the food is always fresh and hot and they serve it with a smile
I ordered $140 worth of food to go online. When I arrived to pick up my order I was rushed out with 2 bags of food. I drove all the way back home to another county to realize half my order was not there. I went all the way back to get the other half of my order and explained to an employee what happened. They handed me my other bag and walked off. No "sorry for the mix up" or anything. That is alot of money and and a long drive twice to just get rushed out again. I understand they are busy and accidents happen but a simple "sorry" or any kind of acknowledgement would have been nice. I tipped them online before I received my order. I won't do that again. I never write bad reviews or get mad about mistakes because most of the time people apologize and that's good enough for me. I explained how far I had to drive and how much I ordered and they didn't care. They just wanted me out of their way. Lesson learned! Always check your food even if the employee tells you it's all there when you try check but they are too worried about getting you out of there. And don't tip until food is in hand.

Absolutely love this place! The overnight crew is the best ever! Especially SADIE the waitress!! She is always happy to help the customers and really appreciates her job!
Kid-friendliness: It is kid friendly. I have not ever seen any unruly or disrespectful customers in there not even on the night shift.

I go to this waffle house all the time. At least twice a week. And today they worst service I've ever had and Adrey has the worst attitude. I ordered a Texas bacon patty melt and another waitress brought our food and gave me a cheese and sausage sandwich. So I said excuse me you brought me the wrong order I ordered a Texas bacon patty melt she took the plate and put bacon on it and gave me the same sandwich. I looked at it and again I say all you did was throw bacon on it its the wrong sandwhich. She tells me that is the sandwich. Im said no and I got the menue and pointed to the sandwhich on the menue and said this is not this sandwhich. And at this Pont dint bother making it because everyone else is done eating. So please take it off the bill and shebtryed to tell me she couldn't do that. Amd priceded to have a major attitude with me. In all my.years going to waffel house probably over 1000 times in several.states and I have never seen anyone worse then she is. In all my years going t o restaurants in general never anyone more worse then she. Im. Calling management next and not the manager there the one above them.

worst Waffle House I’ve ever been too. Came by around 7pm two weeks ago and they were closed for orders while the cook mopped the floor. Came back tonight and atleast got to order. Was there nearly an hour. Waitress would randomly bring food to the table in stages all of it ice cold. The cook and waitress spent more time arguing with customers about online orders and belittleing a Spanish speaking customer because she was too dumb to understand he wanted bacon on the side not on the sandwich. Just drive the ten minutes over to trussville if you want Waffle House. This one should just close its doors.
