I go there almost every weekend and today when I went they looked right at me sitting down I was there almost half a hour and never took my order the worst service I ever experienced at a waffle house

The Pinson store is TOP SHELF! The staff are friendly, and when they're short-handed, they work really hard to do things right by everyone.

The manager of the store is as rude as they come plus while I worked there I was told to ignore the roach problem they have severed several people with tiny roaches in the food avoid this place at all cost
The 2 guys there today are just sitting there.Our server asked right after we got there if we were ready to order.We said not quite yet.He never returned to take our order after 10 mins.They were sitting there looking at a paper or their phones and actually never even noticed that we left.I’ve been coming here for years but it looks like it’s going downhill now.It was not busy at all.

I’ve been a longtime Waffle House customer coming to this location for years…I recently discovered a New employee a younger man with a great attitude…Every single time I come in he has a smile on his face and greets me eloquently…Well a couple days ago I came in with my family to show them the awesome customer service this young man has We arrived that morning to see the young man and what looks like a store manager conversation…As I was heading to my seat I over here The lady yelling at the New young man about learning the menu Marks with an attitude!! He could barely even speak and for The Manager Lady’s whose name is Mindy took him to the back and said we can not use you anymore…I was at disbelief as I practically heard this young man which by the way name is “Van” beg for his job…I instantly got up with no hesitation and told my family were leaving…Unbelievable way she treated her New employee…We will not be returning to the Waffle House ever if that young man doesn’t received his job back and we will tell our friends and family to do the same!!

The best huddle house that ive visited. I have never had a bad experience here. Kassandra is always so welcoming and Melisa is such a hard worker and you can tell she loves her customers. the food is always fresh and hot and they serve it with a smile
