This place has fallen dramatically, silverware and plates filthy, observed employee reinstalling exhaust filters in hood while food was on grill, half the employees standing around chatting while, customers waiting for service. Coffee was bitter, and cold. This place needs new management. Avoid this nasty, unorganized dump.

I've tried with this place.... The service is terrible and today was the last straw for me. Went there this morning waited at the register to place my order. I stood there 15 minutes with zero acknowledgement. After 15 minutes the waitress asks me to step aside so she could take the mans payment behind me. Then she proceeded to ask her coworker to take my order because she was too busy. The coworker agreed to take my order then walked away. Six people taking orders and not one of them even attempted to step up. Stood there another 10 minutes before I decided to walk out. This is the only location near my house but id rather drive a far distance than put up with horrible service. Spend your money where it's appreciated. Where you are at least acknowledge when you walk in. Where people still know the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Was Great, spoke with the workers too!! Had lots of fun,was funny,especially after what my man& the cook was joking around about, food was perfect ? WILL BE THERE AGAIN!
2nd time ordering at this location. Won’t be back for a third. Order was wrong both times. Unfortunately, this seems to be the norm for Waffle House. I keep trying different locations, but with the results always being the same, I will take my business

By far the absolute WORSE Waffle House. I don't mind waiting but when you allow customers to step in front of my daughter while she's trying to place an order is just rude!!! I asked the cashier do they always let customers who are trying to pay their tab to step in front of customers who are trying to place an order and she could not give me a straight forward answer. People who came in after and sitting at a booth were getting their orders taken. I will definitely NOT be patronizing this location again.

Waitress was friendly enough. Food didn't exactly arrive as ordered but edible nonetheless. Wait for service was entirely too long. It'll work when there are no other options.

Stopped here before a trip and the food was mediocre. I ordered over medium eggs and they brought them to me almost completely raw. The service was pretty quick and the waitress was polite but we didn't have time to wait on them to cook a few items again.
