Couldn’t take our order through the drive through when we asked what specials they had. Totally incompetent had to ask twice once we got to the drive through window what we had ordered. Then didn’t get the order correct. We ordered two #1 sandwiches and only got one. Had to go back to get what we paid for.

I will never ever stop by this Arby’s location again . The workers who take the order at the speaker box are rude. I literally placed my order and before I pulled off to go to the window I heard the other worker who took my order talk about how I talk to her coworker. Unprofessional and when I got to the window I told them I no longer want the food. Because why would I spend my hard earn money at an establishment that treats their customers poorly.

Arby's is one of my favorite places to eat, and I have visited their stores in six different states, but this one should not be allowed to use the Arby's name. I ordered a roast beef sandwich and crinkle fries in the drive through at 3:45pm on a Friday afternoon, and the order was ready by the time I got to the window a few seconds later. The fries were old and stale, and the beef had obviously been sliced earlier. Who knows how long it sat out at room temperature before being served to customers.
It didn't taste quite right, and I should have thrown it away, but I was hungry and in a hurry, so I ate it anyway. I have never gotten sick from Arby's food before, but this experience will ensure I never eat there again. This particular Arby's clearly doesn't care about food safety, so if you don't want food poisoning, I would absolutely avoid it. There are plenty of other restaurants in Prattville that won't make you sick.

So I ate the new steak nuggets and I saw a tooth in the meat and I took out the tooth out for my son I got two from me and him I ate it all my my head hurts in vomiting I’m coughing blood my stomach hurts don’t go to Arby’s

For fast food, this is one of the best. As friendly as chick fila. I love the roast beef. I usually get a French dip because I like the bread better. And the jalapeno poppers with bronco berry sauce. The price is great for the amount of food you are getting. Friendly, clean atmosphere. Great service.

Do not go to this Arby's customer service sucked, employee attitude horrible, and the lady working drive thru (at 3:23pm on Friday, August 29, 2025)needs to be fired. There was only me and one other car in drive thru I was told to wait to place my order because she could not multi task or do her job. I waited then I tried placing my order the lady still asking for me (a customer) to hold. There was only one car at her window why do I need to hold for my order to be taken. So thanks to this employee I could not get my son his food before leaving for the weekend. Arby's needs to do better on lazy employees not wanting to show great customer service and multi tasking skills because they don't feel like it.
