The lady at the drive-through barely spoke to me missing a quarter of the order had to go back and get more Because somebody who ordered didn’t get their food so we had to turn around lady at the drive-through didn’t care and the guy we complain to didn’t care and the sandwich was sloped together kind of looks like a five-year-old made it

This particular store is awful at least 90% of the time. You can't drag a please or thank out of anyone in the drive thru. I was extra nice because I thought maybe that person just has something else going on. So I was extra sure to be friendly and polite hoping to balance out the mood, but nope. I was then asked to pull forward to wait for my fish sandwich to cook, which i expected at that time of the evening and always happy getting freshly cooked food. BUT i got home (exactly 1 mi from restuarant) and although crinkle fries were hot, fish sandwich wasn't even lukewarm anywhere in the sandwich. Plus both tasted like old grease. This is the 2nd time I've thrown their food away because it tastes like old grease. Couldn't eat more than a bite or two. The menu looks great, the food LOOKED good. But taste & service need a LOT of work.
