Haven't been to our Arby's in quite awhile. The menu has been trimmed down considerably & does not match up with menu online. Someone should update our location's menu online. Staff was pleasant & helpful, restaurant was neat & clean. French Dip & Swiss was delicious & well-made. The chicken fingers' portion looked a little skimpy, but certainly filled me up! Will definitely return soon--won't wait so long for next visit!

Horrible customer service. The manager always has an excuse for either how someone has treated a guess or mistakenly made an order wrong.
Have been here three times and every single time they cannot get my order right. They are always leaving items off of what I ordered. Every time! I have given them chance after chance and still no change. How hard is it to check the bag before giving it to the customer?

It was awful. The person that was fixing the food did not know how to wear his pants on his waste. The girl who took the order did not even put my order in correctly. Just over all the experience was just terrible and I will never go back there again and I recommend for no one to eat at this location in Prattville.
Hade a limit on the 5 for 5 that wasn't there last week...asked specifically5 for arbys sauce..said it was in the bag...went all the home...NO SAUCE...The curly fries was half empty. The empoloyees were rude...very disappointed...will go to montgomery5 next

Why do y'all still let these people treat the customers like they do.I clearly don't understand when people spend there money with y'all why do we have to go through the same attitude that we get.Its ok we will never give Arby's our business again. None of y'all care about the customer. I am venting I don't need you to respond because I know it won't be sincere. Y'all need to do better then what you're doing.

As a door dasher I didn't appreciate the manager telling the other employees to make the dasher wait. Those orders are express and also saying that while the dasher is standing there is the wrong answer. Those orders are just as important.

Tried the Bacon Good Burger at Arby's, and it gave me In-N-Out vibes - absolutely delicious! The mac 'n cheese bites were a standout, incredibly good. Hoping they keep those forever and bring back the potato cakes. The staff, especially the person working yesterday, was pleasant, asking about our food and inviting us to return. Overall, a delightful experience!
