Food was excellent. Wait time for food was like eating at a sit-down restaurant (at least 15-20 min wait) and we couldn’t get chicken tenders bc they just got a truck and he said they were frozen. They substituted for bites which was fine but after reading the reviews you’d think by now the wait time issues would have improved. It also made no sense that the area that looked like it was for condiments had none so you had to ask for ketchup. Didn’t get 2 of our drinks so had to go back up. They were not very busy for obvious reasons too so that was more annoying to not even have an excuse for the wait times, etc

This is extraordinary! This is the first restaurant that apparently hires people who are mute. The girl taking care of my order never said a word. To be able to work in a customer service role and not be able to communicate is on the Special Olympics level. Wow!

So this is first and last time we will be coming to this location the restaurant was clean my husband got raw chicken twice staff was not friendly overall the only thing good about the experience was the restaurant was clean don’t look for this location to be open to long now we see why it’s always empty

I went through the drive-thru around 9:15 pm, knowing the restaurant closes at 10. There were no cars in the drive-thru when I arrived. I ordered a 3-piece chicken tender basket and was asked to pull up without being told how long the wait would be. I ended up waiting about 15 minutes for my food.
I work in a fast food restaurant, so I understand that food sometimes needs to be cooked fresh, especially later at night. However, better communication about the wait time would have been appreciated. The employee also seemed rushed and not very friendly, which made the experience feel a bit unwelcoming. If someone were in a hurry or needed to be somewhere important, the drive-thru wait could definitely be frustrating.
That being said, the food was absolutely delicious, very hot, and clearly made fresh.
