Went today got two banana splits, and a cotton candy explosion. They put no toppings on the banana splits no chocolate, no pineapple no strawberry toppings at all to pay that kind of money they should give you what you pay for.

Probably the worst service I’ve ever had. The girl taking my order wasn’t ringing up my order ( I had 6 cups of ice cream ) just sat there and listened to me, then ran it up all at once afterwards. My order was all wrong and proceeded to keep coming back and asking me what I got. She would’ve known if she actually rung it up. She also never put any lids on my ice cream and obviously, I can’t carry 6 cups of ice cream with no lids by myself so when I asked her for some, she sighed and slammed the window in my face.

Great service and the banana splits are just like the old malt shop banana splits as I was growing up. Love the peach and key lime ice cream. Bring back the key lime, please!

pulled up to order at mic at 952 pm 3 cars in front of us. They said they were closed.If you close at 10 pm and it's 952 pm how long does it take to please a customer. If you take the time it doesn't take long. You lost a customer.
Bruster's advertised a deal, 2 small waffle cones for $8 in recognition of the first day of summer. I took my daughter and her friend there to celebrate my daughter's birthday, but they would not give us the deal. I showed the person the advertisement and asked why, but she only answered "I don't know". I will not be going back.

Came in late tonight 2/26 didn’t realize it was about closing time the 2 girls working were super nice, felt bad for being there late where not from here and didn’t realize the time!! Shoutout them for be nice and cool though! Milkshakes were fire

I have never been more upset and disappointed with a place that relies on service in my life. My family and I arrived 12 minutes before closing to get some of the delicious ice cream, there were 2 families ahead of us the 1st was ordering. The girl taking the orders walked away I guess to make their order but came back and said y'all should know that these are our last customers and then walked away. I asked her (Kendall) from the line ma'am, do you mean the us the people waiting in like me already are last or the people waiting for their order. She rudely said it's 9 we are closed. I proceeded to try and plead our case with the young lady that we had been waiting before 9 and should be served. The family in front of us kids started crying and they walked away. I asked to speak to a manager and she said there is not one here and slammed the window in my face and when I say slammed I'm surprised it didn't break. There were plenty of witnesses and one that was in the drive thru stopped and said the girl in the window had thrown their change at them and said something about how they heard the girl slamming the window as well. I then went to the 1 window still opened and asked the girl her name and she said Kendall I said I will be calling your boss and she slammed the other window. Not only is this uncalled for she a made a kid cry and we all should have been served. I will not return and I will make sure u spread the word of this rude behavior. It's sad because I normally love Bruster's.
