Over the past three years, I have visited this establishment multiple times and have consistently seated myself at the bar.
The food is consistently of high quality, the beer is always served cold, and I have always received exceptional service. However, I have observed that if I leave a cash tip and pay my bill with a card, an additional tip is automatically added to my total bill on my card statement.
I did not add a tip to my bill because I had already given a generous cash tip.
Therefore, if gratuity is automatically deducted, I will cease providing cash tips.

I’ve never left a Buffalo Wild Wings until tonight. A friend of mine and myself arrive and wait to be seated. A young girl comes up and asks us how many. We respond that it was just the two of us and she just walks off. Another lady seats us and takes our drink order and appetizer order. She brings the drinks and appetizer then disappears for 45 minutes. We both sat for 40 mins before we decided that we weren’t welcome at this establishment. Mind you, my buddy is a Blazin Member. Y’all can’t be treating him like this. We shall never return.

Heather is great, she was super sweet and very helpful with helping me decide on a cocktail and then my meal! Everything we had was really good! I will definitely be back, hopefully she'll have an open table!

Bartender was atrocious. Not attentive at all. Had to yell or motion for her if I wanted anything.

Food is always good and beer is cold. Also one of the best atmospheres to watch a game outside of going to the stadium.

I placed on online order for 15 wings traditional and 15 boneless at the Prattville AL BWW location. On the website I selected for the traditional wings to be half medium and half mild. I selected for the boneless, no sauce/dry rub. When I got home with my order, all the wings had sauce. I went back and explained what happened and that my special needs child would not eat them with sauce and asked if I could get the right thing. The manager came over and said that I could not get a refund, if I wanted the correct order I would have to pay. She then stated that it was my fault and if I wanted no sauce, on the website, I should not have said no sauce, I should have said sauce on the side. I said then why is no sauce an option?? to which she continued to argue with me. I said just get the right thing and I'll pay for it, because at this point it is 7:40 and my child has not ate and it is also my wife's birthday. I asked for her managers phone number and she rudely told me I could get it off the front door. I am in a customer service role and have never treated someone like this. My wife is in the food service industry over catering for a major restaurant in the south and said this kind of service is unacceptable. I also have yet to receive a call back from the gm from the message I left last night.

Our hostess was wonderful, but Kayleigh consistently demonstrates exceptional customer service. I’ve visited this place twice, and even though she wasn’t my waitress, she always kindly assists with my busy 2-year-old by bringing crayons, entertainment, carrots, celery, and more. Kayleigh, you truly embody excellent customer service. I really appreciate you. I’m sorry I missed giving you a token of appreciate before you finished your shift today.

Togo lady was so rude. Talked about me to another customer judging my order didnt know i was sitting right near. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. White lady was working night on 11/20/25. Felt judged and uncomfortable wanted to walk out!

I want to share an uncomfortable experience I had on Friday, July 25th, around 5:50 p.m. at the Prattville, AL location. I came in to pick up an Uber Eats order and wasn’t sure where the designated take-out area was. Since I know some restaurants handle to-go orders at the bar, I walked around to the bartender station to ask for assistance.
There was a female bartender at the register who appeared to be finishing up a transaction, so I waited quietly for her to finish. While waiting, I noticed her exchanging glances with her co-worker and side-eyeing me in a way that felt unwelcoming and judgmental. She never once asked me if I needed help. Instead, I was met with stares and attitude that made me feel like I was a problem just for standing there.
Thankfully, her co-worker eventually stepped in and asked if I needed anything, to which I responded yes and explained that I was just trying to figure out where to pick up a to-go order. The co-worker then said, “Oh, take-out is right there in the back.” I thanked her, but the whole interaction left a bad impression.
What was frustrating is that I could have been helped quickly and respectfully with just a simple, “Can I help you with something?” Instead, I was made to feel like I didn’t belong there or was bothering the staff. It’s not uncommon for customers or delivery drivers to approach the bar with questions, especially if the take-out signage isn’t clear. Whether I was a regular customer or working through a delivery service, I still expected basic courtesy and professionalism.
I hope management and ownership take this as constructive feedback and speak with the staff about how important it is to make every customer feel acknowledged and welcome especially when someone is simply trying to ask a question or complete a pickup.
Thank you for your time.

The food was good but we sat there for about 10 minutes without being acknowledged. Jackie the bartender deserves a raise because she was amazing and took great care of us while also working the bar. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for years and it’s amazing how a little smile and a simple “someone will be right with you” can go no matter how busy you are.
My family and I ate there last night. The wings were tough and my got food poisoning from the wings. Our server smelled like weed and the smell was very loud. We will not eat at another Buffalo Wild Wing again. This was not worth the money I spent including tip.,

Dan provided some of the best service I've ever received in any restaurant. He took care of our large table and made us feel like we were the only table in the restaurant. Food has also improved significantly over the years. Will definitely be back.

After reading a couple of these reviews it’s easy to see that something went downhill in the past year or so. Worst managed restaurant I’ve ever been in. 2 hostesses and what felt like 2 servers for the whole restaurant? Meanwhile the manager is sitting down behind a counter the whole time watching people look around for their servers. I don’t believe the servers are the issue here. Food also took forever to come out, and the manager seems like he couldn’t care any less. I’ll never be back to this location.
