I went last night & the FOOD was unbeatable. It was cold & uncooked all the way threw. An this is after waiting for at least 45mins to hrs. I have NEVER had an experience like that at a Buffalo wild wings or any other restaurant. The waitress seemed unconcerned about customer/ me either.

Ordered delivery with BDubs had to wait about an hour for it to be delivered, which I didn't mind since I had been on the road for about 7+ hrs today. The food was good. I tried a new flavor I never saw before lemon pepper, which you could taste nothing but lemon, not a fan. And no utensils or napkins were put in the bag. I live Buffalo Wild Wings, but on this order, I would give them a fairly good rating a 4 star.

Wanted to try this restaurant so bad finally did didn't get everything I ordered and chicken tenders were rubbery and to spicy for me even just breaded without any sauce.Potato wedges are very small and nothing to them.Couldn't enjoy it so not coming back.

Just ordered a Togo meal for 5 of us... would love to have had the brisket tacos made the way the menu said not with missing stuff. Also, when I get chips and salsa, I would like the salsa! I tried to call the Prattville location to tell them, and no one would answer the phone.

First clue was they were out of sweet tea at 6:30 PM and they never bothered to brew any new tea. Second, they were out of pretzel bites after we placed the order. Third, they were out of one of the tap beers after we ordered. Fourth, they were out of cheesecake after we placed the order. Sorry service all night with no apology from management. Recommendations, waitress find another job and the manager needs to resign. Incompetent

First time visiting this location , I came to support the local High School Football Program ( Prattville High) . It was Pride night ( fund raiser) . My waitress grade was a F+ at best. Very inexperienced and non attentive while serving myself and others at my table. I order 10 "hot" lemon pepper "wet" wings and an order of "Hot" French fries. She didn't write down my order ( try to remember ) and deliver the wrong wings to my table , She also didn't ask and assume , I wanted ranch dipping sauce and not blue cheese. No napkins or silverware was delivered to my table, I had to ask for Ketchup for my French fries. She was hard to find throughout the visit (MIA). The restaurant wasn't crowded, around 35 people. The food temperature was Luke warm at best, I could keep going , but I don't have the time . I left a small tip ($10) . Buffalo Wild Wings please instruct and train your staff on great customer service . I will continue going across the street to Hooters for the great service and wings !

This location is a sinking ship. Go somewhere else. This bww has been getting worse and worse over the past few years. They have been understaffed for years. Expect long waits and limited menu options. The past two visits have really made me leave this review due to it getting to unacceptable standards. First, they were out of most sauces for wings (how does that happen at a wing place), then they didn't have several items on that were on the menu. This last visit on 2/3/24 really turned me off at this location. We arrived and waited a few minutes to be seated (party of 3). After being seated, it was 25 minutes before anyone acknowledged us at our table as servers constantly walked past us. They now want you to place your order by scanning a qr code on the table and paying online. I placed our order, and it was about 45 minutes before our food and drinks were brought to us. We have been seated over an hour at this point and would have left if I wasn't forced to put my card on a tab when we placed our order. Our food came out on extremely hot plates, but the temperature of the food didn't feel fresh like it had been sitting under a heat lamp. Part of our order was left out (fries) that our server went back for, and when it came out, they were cold, and the plate was cold. It appeared they just skimmed some off of another plate, and the portion size was incredibly small. Keep in mind we came in between lunch and dinner, and the restaurant was steady but not busy. Our server didn't check on us, but once, and that was when we were leaving. A manager was waiting tables the entire time and would walk to the bar and just stare. If he cared about his workplace, he should have stepped in and helped another server if they were struggling. After the bad service, pathetic management, and consistent bad experiences, I won't be back to this location until it's under new management.
