We were looking for ice cream cones. The ice cream machine was broken. It took a couple minutes for an employee to come out of the back and acknowledge us, but she was friendly when she did show up.

Someone didn't clean the broiler while closing, they couldn't make my order. The employee was rude while explaining. And then they sent me to the website for a refund, and there were no live agents to give me a refund.

Our Amex card hacked here yesterday. Beware if clerk slams drive thru window & disappears awhile, coming back with nothing. Later 2 attempts to charge $880+ to our card--Amex fraud refused charges. Only place card was used. Last time visiting Burger King in Prattville!
