The women working the drive thru, holds the card machine out the window for you to swipe your card, does tell you an amount, doesn't give you a receipt, you can't see the screen! And Has a bad attitude. I will never go back to this place again!

We were at the Prattville store and they had one lady working the counter and drive through they were busy and she did an excellent Job she was organized and steady and she didn't Miss a beat . best Job I've ever seen done in any restaurant.she deserves a special notice .I really really appreciate her and so should y'all

The ice machine was broken so they just served hot drinks. You would think the manager would have sent one to buy a couple bags of ice. The garbage was running over on to the floor.
