Sick of restaurants pressuring you into tipping people to bag up an order and hand it to you over the counter...my rule: if I stand up to order, I don't tip...i will be back IF you take off the tipping option, with your employee staring expectantly while I choose or ignore your tipping suggestions...otherwise, im one and done

The breakfast at Chappy's is great! Lots of food for hungry appetites. I ordered the Muffeletta sandwich which recently returned to the menu. Unfortunately, the chef completely blacked the cheese & some of the meat into the bread. I could not believe someone would allow that to leave the kitchen. I wasn't even sure it was cheese until I realized I couldn't find the cheese on the other end of the sandwich. Too late to send it back half eaten. Service was excellent.

The sandwiches we had were both good and bad. I had gotten out of surgery yesterday, and my wife got us the Reuben sandwich and the corn beef sandwich.
I hadn't eaten all day, and she gave me half of the Reuben sandwich and half of the corn beef sandwich. The Reuben sandwich was amazing, but the corn beef sandwich was not good at all. The meat was extremely tough, and I could barely eat, so I didn't. But that is the first time I have had a bad sandwich from this Chappy's. We will still be going back.

I went in a group of 20. Our wait time was minimal. We were seated in a section where we could converse together and not impede other diners. The wait staff was prompt and cheerful. Our waitress was very organized. Our meals were brought out promptly and without error. The food was well prepared, served at the right temperature, and was delicious. The deli was open, well lit, and clean. The wood glows. I will definitely be eating here again.
Dietary restrictions: They are prepared for special needs such as vegetarian, gluten free, and can accommodate other preferences by their wide selection and can remove things from individual dishes to meet the diner's needs.

Chappy's is awesome. We stop every time we pass through Prattville. Everything on the menu is awesome and you get free soft serve ice cream for desert. Definitely worth a try. The club sandwich, salads and soups are my go to picks but you really can't go wrong with anything or their menu.
Always a good spot for lunch. The place is always clean and the staff is friendly. The food has always been good.

Crazy busy time at the restaurant, and our server Bella was gracious, anticipated our needs, and cool under pressure. We were there with two young grandsons, and very pleasantly surprised with both the food and the free kids meals and ice cream cups. Too bad I only have two hands and two thumbs up. Truly a great value and experience for two Maryland grandparents!!
