Atmosphere is the least of this location's issues. I sincerely feel that this location has "lost its way." First, the wait times are entirely what one would not expect from a Chick-fil-A. (This includes drive -thru and in-store.) Second, order accuracy is terrible. I have yet to dine in or carry out and have an order fulfilled correctly. As always, the order is corrected with a smile. But, when going thru the drive thru or carrying home, it's slightly problematic to be 8-10 miles away and realize your order is incorrect. Third, the employees seem a little atypical for a Chick-fil-A. One employee seems to be experiencing a sexual identity crisis and two others were almost making out in a nearby booth while on break (purely conjecture, I hope that they were clocked out) The restaurant is full and employees are using up seats while paying customers wait? Seems a little off putting for me as a customer. Highly recommend skipping ahead to the next exit and visiting the other location down the street. The only positive for me is that this location does have a play area.

Front counter staff said someone would bring my carry out food to my table since we had already ordered previous dine-in but my other family members weren't ready with their request. 20 minutes had lapsed before I realized everyone around me had received their food but not us. I found my bags on the pick-up shelf but the front counter person was with someone so I couldn't really confront about food being cold now. Store wasn't very busy.
It's not my favorite, but it was the only thing nearby.

Seems like every time we go there, they always forget something on our order and I have to go inside to let them know what was missing. Last week, they completely left 4 Large Fries off my order. How do you forget that many items?
It’s incredibly inconvenient to be made to ask for napkins, condiments etc. especially when the line is long. This is the only CFA I’ve ever been to that does this.

I am usually a big fan and advocate of Chick-fil-A. Very efficient systems, very good food, and great customer service today. I was extremely disappointed with the service. We stopped for a quick lunch and unfortunately only had $100 bills. The lunch was around $20, but the lady made us order extra meals because she said she is not breaking $100 for $20 purchase. Her register was slam full with $20 bills and she really caused the scene over $100 bill. We are very disappointed. And no longer going to this location, thankfully there is one just a mile away on the other side of Prattville.
