The young lady approached my car before I got to the menu board, and I wasn't sure what I wanted exactly ... and I wasn't offered a menu so I pulled up the menu on my phone, to quickly look at it. She was pleasant but none said My Pleasure! When I paid and also when I got my order, and I love to hear that lol! The food is always great, love Chick-fil-A!

Not sure what all of the all or nothing reviews are about. The location was very busy but well staffed. Associates were friendly and my food was exactly what I would expect from the chain. I was worried when I saw the drive thru line and went in to see it almost at capacity but my food came out quick and I enjoyed my quick lunch.

The workers are usually really sweet and patient it’s the management I have a problem with..A manager named Hannah was being so rude and nasty towards a nice young lady working there the other night..get some managers who know how to treat workers with respect and kindness.

The workers are typically really nice but any time I have a problem and have to ask a manager for help, it's almost never a good experience. Alex is one of the only people I have a good experience with management wise. And I can always see the way the managers treat the workers through the doors and it's not usually very well.Most of the employees are awesome but most of the management suck. I've especially never had a good experience with Brad
