This location is horrible, they run out of product items daily. The staff is not friendly. The food bar is nasty. What food they do have looks old and dried up. So disappointing.

Besides the fact that the 2 young ladies were RUDE, they fixed my 2 bowls as if they were preparing for a toddler. With a 1/2 spoon of rice and 1/2 spoon of meat. And seem to be angry because I asked for more!!!

We order from here quite often. It’s usually great with plenty of food. The last two times, we got the burrito bowls, the quantity of food was ridiculous! I’m not paying $35 for two bowls and it doesn’t even fill one of the containers up combined! Do better!

Workers were very rude. Line was almost out the door due to slow service. Only one guy was actually trying to do his job.

I really don't recommend this place, it's dirty and they never have meat, they don't have vegetables, hard or soft tacos, the service is terrible and it's disgusting, it's three hours until closing time and they already have nothing, plus it's disgusting where they serve convenience food.

Wish I could give no stars. Should’ve left when we walked in because floors and tables were disgusting with food and trash everywhere. Our favorite restaurant was closed so we gave this a shot. They were out of lettuce, rice and salsa. My bowl barely had any food in it- $20 she served less than enough. The customer after me complained about needing more quantity and she was extremely rude to him, being loud and making faces to another employee. Sodas were flat and lemonade tasted horrible. Don’t usually leave bad reviews. Officially my last visit here. 0/10 would not recommend

Why are the chips ALWAYS stale? I order online and they also always forget my veggies even though it’s on the order. Usually good food but inconsistent and it seems like there’s always something missing or not fresh.

This specific Chipotle did a PHENOMENAL job managing my allergens. Beyond what I could've ever asked for and were super polite the entire time! Chips were a bit stale but other than that, fantastic stop on a road trip.

Avoid using Uber eats for this location. The steak bowl didn’t have meat. Also, the chips and queso seemed much smaller than in the restaurant

Food was horrible. I ordered Honey chicken and they were out. So I ordered regular chicken and it was not seasoned and tasted watery, they were also out of sour cream and cheese. The chips were over cooked and tasted burnt and had no salt on them. This restaurant seems to be managed by kids. Do not spend money at this location. This is the worse experience ever.

I always love chipotle but my experience at the Prattville location made me never want to return to any chipotle. Everything about the food was Not edible the chips were stale. The meat was over sauced and the rice was Like porridge. What was once my pregnancy craving no longer is.

We visited our local Chipotle in Prattville, AL tonight and were thoroughly disappointed with the dirty tables and
food line, as well as the neglected bathrooms. Although the food was satisfactory, the unclean environment made dining unpleasant. This is disheartening because we love Chipotle. We hope to see improvements soon.
