This place is extremely dirty. The employees are disrespectful and one was randomly shouting expletives behind the counter. Horrible experience. Needs new management

Omg, this was the worst restaurant I have ever been to in my life. Not one single table was clean. Food and wet spots all in the floor. Trash piled a mile high. Of course my 4 year old had to go to the bathroom and it was the nastiest bathroom I’ve ever been in. I’ve been to porta-potties cleaner than this bathroom. It was absolutely disgusting. Why we ate there anyway, I’ll never know.

Condition on Sunday, Oct. 19th pm:
Although the food and service were okay, the appalling amount of trash everywhere was the worst I've ever seen in any fast-food restaurant.
There were at least 4-5 employees working at the time, so why one of them couldn't attend to the dining area is inexplicable. There was food all over the floor and tables hadn't been wiped off in quite some time too. The bathrooms also were in need of attention.

I hope the manager on duty will be made aware of this issue. We found it hard to believe he/she could not know about it.

Customer service is HORRIBLE!! Every time you go in things change!! I’m allergic to cheese they stated I had to get cheese or it’s not a considered a quesadilla like I’ve never heard of that. It’s always a new crew every time I go!! Please get this location together and work on your customer service and everyone being on the same page.

We spent $35 yesterday for two burrito bowls. When we went through the line the staff member was tossing the ingredients into the bowl. The place was filthy. I could not even eat my food, tasted like they used an entire salt container.

Absolutely disgustingly filthy. Table tops had food on them. Garbage cans full. Service line filthy. No napkins, straws or utensils. Paper and food all over the floor. I do not know how the health department has not shut them down. Staff was rude. Didn't speak to customers, acted like we were bothering them.

My husband and I love eating at Chipotle. We stopped at this location to get us a bowl to bring home and eat & neither one of us ordered anything that was spicy at all & we can't even eat our food because it has set our mouths on fire. I ordered the chicken bowl & my husband got the steak bowl. We only got the regular stuff like lettuce, sour cream, shredded cheese on it & it is fire hot. The other Chipotles we have eaten at, we have not had this issue. I tried to call them, but they are not taking phone calls at all. We wasted our $$$.
