First time ever eating there and it was not like I was expecting garbage food and it was cold

Not a great location as others have pointed out. When I went, they were totally out of forks. Not a single one in the place. Also, I had to ask for paper towels as those were out. Cleanliness was not great but I’ve seen worse. Food was as expected. Finally, there was a beeping coming from the fire panel the whole time I was there, which ruined the vibes and didn’t make me feel that safe fire wise.

Update: went back 7 days later and the fire system error beep was still going off. I had to eat outside as the beeping was maddening. They were also out of water cups and made me buy a small soda cup for a few dollars if I wanted water.

They gave me half a scoop of everything, I’m not even over exaggerating, and I literally found hair in my food. It was so dirty when I walked in there and the people working there looked absolutely miserable.

Staff was very short when asked questions. Was my first visit to Chipotle, so I had question on what was what. But the staff barely gave any answers to them. Food was eh, def not worth the hype.

Eat at Firehouse or American Deli which are next to this chipotle. I used to eat at this chipotle weekly for 5 years before the pandemic. Ever since the pandemic the service is beyond terrible, the food quality has gone down, the store is filthy, they stop cooking food 2 hours before their close time, they are consistently out of food and never prepare more food and the prices have increased drastically. This chipotle doesn't care about being hygienic or serving their customers. I've tried to eat at this chipotle 2 times a year since the pandemic and every single time it's a worse experience. It's sad because there aren't many good places to eat in Prattville.

The portions are a joke. Placed an online order and it was very disappointing. How is there not enough lettuce in a salad? Why are there people smoking marijuana outside asking me for money on the way in? How does no one even acknowledge you in the store. I’ll post a picture of our salad?

Last time we were charged for a drink that we didn’t order. We have been told to pull your cell phone out while you order to make sure they think they are being recorded and give correct portions. Shouldn’t have to do that, and can’t do it on an online order.

There have been 3 occasions where I’ve ordered delivery from this location & each time something was missing or made wrong. This time I decided to drive there to do a return. Clearly customer service is not a priority. The staff seems young, inexperienced, and need better training. I could sense the attitude as if I was the issue. I will not visit again.

Walked in at 9:33p when the restaurant was supposed to close at 10pm. No one spoke to us and most of the food was already put up. When we walked to the counter still no one spoke but continued with their clean up. Not what I expected from Chipotle. No one even tried to speak to us when we decided to leave, instead they looked at us with expressions that said what do you expect for coming in so late. We left and went next door to Ameeican Deli and they greeted us as soon as we walked in.

The previous reviews are absolutely true! This location is terrible!! The managers/owner clearly don't care about customer service bc the reviews has been terrible for months. They need to be retrained or close the doors permanently!!

Absolutely one of the most dirtiest restaurant in town. I even told the manager I couldn't sit anywhere because of the messes and he didn't care. Do not stop ar this place for any reason!!!
