Food and liquid everywhere on the ground. Tables full of food (not the employees fault but people need to learn how to throw away food) Food tasted good surprisingly. No syrup in most of the soda. I very much suggest coming right as they open. Coming for dinner was the worst decision of my life.

Pizza was very good! The service was amazing! They were very busy, but made sure everyone got the pizza they wanted.
It’s Cicis!!! Food was great when they put it out. It was very full the day we went so the buffet was low and there weren’t many workers but they did a great job!

Nearly every pizza on the buffet was simply cheese only....or with one additional topping...very disappointed. I know you can ask for a pizza to be made with what you'd like on it...but if I'm going through all that, I'd be at a real pizzeria.
If you want to go to a place with friendly customer service and a well stocked lunch buffet don't go here

So, we hadn't planned on cicis pizza. We had planned on subway for the 6.99 special as seen on TV, or using the coupons we had received in the mail. However, they are a non participating store and thats why they were empty at lunch time. So, we said maybe cicis. We went in and the manager Claudette was like a breath of fresh air. She made us feel like royalty. She asked what kind of pizza we'd like to see on the buffet. She then made it happen. Her staff were all friendly and working just as hard as she was, all of them carried smiles as they worked. I ate with my family and enjoyed hot fresh pizza and salad. The busboy cleaned the tables quickly and efficiently. I am so impressed to see a manager that gets it! A good manager sets the tone for all the workers and it was beyond obvious that Claudette is a amazing manager. This was by far our best experience at a cicis restaurant. We will definitely be back and look forward to seeing Claudette running the show! She makes a difference! Subway was empty, but cicis was busy! Thank you so much for the perks Claudette! You made our day!
