We had an excellent experience thanks to Claudette, who was fantastic with our big group of 17 excited 10-year-old boys. She smoothly got everyone settled with drinks and reserved tables, making the process seamless. The rest of the staff was also great—constantly keeping the pizza stocked and ensuring the tables stayed clean. Overall, a wonderful visit with attentive and friendly service. Highly recommend!
I ate here on 06/05/25 and had an issue come up while there and Tina went out of her way to help and to solve my problem. This was unprovoked by me and it meant a lot to me that she offered to assist me as she did. I will definitely continue to eat here.
So, we hadn't planned on cicis pizza. We had planned on subway for the 6.99 special as seen on TV, or using the coupons we had received in the mail.
