Food was sent out with wrong side(fries). Husband ordered double fries so I put my fries on his tray. We had already started eating on the food and the employee took our trays from us and took them to the back. Removed the extra fries from my husband’s tray and added onion rings to mine. Once we had started eating on our food it should have never gone to the back where they serve others. That is cross contamination.!!

We ordered Big Doubles with Everything. Burgers were dry, small and disappointing. Fries were great, though. Had we not already driven down the interstate before opening the bag we would have gone back. I have eaten at one of the Nashville stores and it was entirely different. That one was great. I’ve posted my burger. When I looked at what is pictured on the online menu vs. what I received, I was shocked!

I don’t know how the food is because I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes and haven’t been served and there is still 3 orders ahead of us. This is the worst cookout experience I’ve ever had. 15 more minutes got our food and it’s incorrect. This is absolutely crazy
