Im a grown man and thats the first time I've gotten so much food for under 10 bucks that I couldn't eat all of it! Great food and the hospitality was even better! I'll definitely be back!

We ordered Big Doubles with Everything. Burgers were dry, small and disappointing. Fries were great, though. Had we not already driven down the interstate before opening the bag we would have gone back. I have eaten at one of the Nashville stores and it was entirely different. That one was great. I’ve posted my burger. When I looked at what is pictured on the online menu vs. what I received, I was shocked!

First time there. For a fast burger, it passed the test. Fresh veggies, decent meat, perfectly cooked fries. I would go there before i went to a McDonald's or Burger King. Acceptable pricing.

This rating is purely based on the service. We waited patiently at the counter while the employee walked back and forth making zero effort to acknowledge our existence. When she finally came to take our order and said something I didnt understand, I simply asked to repeat what she said, and was spoken to as if I dont understand English. Make some eye contact, let us know you'll be there when you can and if we didnt hear what you said, speak up the next time. Being rude to people just isn't necessary.

Visited the drive-thru at this Cookout last night. I was very happy about the service. The female cashier at the window made sure to wipe off all cups of any drops of soda before handing them to me. I was very appreciative of that. The food was hot and delicious too. I would have given 5 stars for the food, but my drink tasted like a diet coke instead of a regular coke. It was all good though.
