Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

If you order take out check your food before leaving. Last 4 times I’ve ordered from this location they’ve left out food.

Food wasn't great and drinks needed changing out. Waiter was all over the place and wasn't good at handling multiple tables.

Ordered shrimp skillet. Took an hour to come then sauce was runny and where was the grits? Sent back for pancakes, egg and sausage. Sausage was hard as a rock. They did replace. Not a good experience.

I am completely understanding when it comes to dining in at a popular restaurant during weekend brunch hours, however there is some real area of improvement here. Seated quickly, but food took about 30 mins...again, I understand they're busy. However, once we got our food we had no silverware to eat it. That took another 5 mins. My fiance had requested strawberry jelly and we weren't given any. His meal looked nothing like the photo. Seasoning was missing from his shrimp and they were cold. My meal was missing some fried onions because they were out of them- no biggie. If you're impatient and don't like being surrounded by screaming brats I'd recommend not dining in here on the weekend morning. We've eaten at the waffle house next door twice with no issues.

I was there for 45 minutes waiting for my food,I told her if they haven't started it nevermind on getting it.She went and checked,they didn't even have what I ordered but I had to sit there that long and wasn't able to eat anything.The time we wasted waiting on food was ridiculous and I ended up not even getting to eat SMH 😡

Mason was unprofessional and inattentive as a server. Multiple requests were forgotten. Had food on our table for 5 minutes before being given just forks had to request a spoon from another waiter just to eat my entree since “we had forks to eat with” per mason. Food is Cracker Barrel they have the recipes down it’s just terrible service from the waiter. Saw multiple other tables with good waiters. Will skip this location on the next road trip.

Staff was very friendly, but for second time in a row my online order was delayed by 20 minutes. They didn't have an item I ordered and didn't call me to see what i wanted to replace it, so they had to put my new order on when I arrived. They even forgot to include the parmesan bread with my shrimp and grits.

While the food is still mediocre at best, the service we received from a very tall, nice-looking young gentleman was outstanding!! I believe his name was Mitch. He could not have given us better service.

We did enjoy the shopping in the store prior to our breakfast buying a couple of shirts from the 70% off rack, which they graciously held for us until after we dined.

Parking: Lot obviously fills up when they're busy making it difficult to find a space. When this happens, it's your first clue that it will be a wait for an available table. I personally do not go into overcrowded restaurants as you typically have an overall poor experience, but mostly because it's such a fire hazard (and those restaurants know it!!)

Food was ok. Fries tasted like the oil was old. The hamburger was awful. Even looked liked a processed burger. Tried the new onion petals and they were over cooked. BUT ....our server, Cam, was the best!!!!! He was very attentive even though he had other tables. Never once had to ask for drink refills, he was on top of it. If you go to the Millbrook location, ask to be in his section! He was one of the best servers we have ever had!!!!! Cam definitely needs a star!

Went in today for lunch and ordered the big easy steak and shrimp. When the food came out we instantly noticed that something was wrong. It didn’t look anything like the picture. And we understand that it’s not going to look exactly like it but come on . The steak was cold and so were the mash potatoes. We got fried shrimp instead of grilled shrimp and the steak wasn’t like what it described. We tried to brush it off but the steak wasn’t edible . We ended up talking to a manager and he proceeded to be all snarky about the issue. He said we ordered the steak rare (which we did) so it should be cold. That’s not true, it should be cool but not super cold. We just asked for the steak itself to be taken off. Luckily he took the entire meal off though. After we had left we continued to see if we could find what they gave her and sure enough they gave us the wrong meal. The server (who was lovely and wasn’t the issue whatsoever) had given us the New York strip steak and shrimp combo. Very similar but the main difference is the sauce and the shrimp (which was the reason we ordered this). Overall the staff was super nice but the manager really needs to learn how to contain his snark comments or he’s going to loose business not only for the restaurant but also for his employees.

Normally, my Cracker Barrel experience is, at a minimum, acceptable with an occasional good. This time was horrible. I had to go into the kitchen area and ask for silverware for our table. The orders were repeatedly "mixed up." Two of our six people were never served, leaving without eating. The long wait for a table was not worth the deficit we experienced. It will be a long, long time before I venture into a Cracker Barrel, again.
