The BEST pot roast I’ve ever gotten from a restaurant. Almost as good as my Dad’s who makes the best post roast I’ve ever had!! My Husband got the grilled tenders and said they were delicious. This Cracker Barrel has the best food out of all the others I’ve eaten at (which is a lot) definitely worth the money!!!!!

Today I would not recommend Prattville, Alabama Cracker Barrel for breakfast. It was a Monday, they were in no way busy, and we thought food should be out fast. It was longer than the number of customers in the place warranted. I always order my eggs the same way, medium, yellow soft, but make sure the whites are done. My eggs came out with the whites so funny I couldn't even try to eat them. Our waitress took them back, and when they out this time, everything was very hard, yolk and whites. I cannot swear to this, but I think the plate might have been put into the microwave as my hash brown casserole was much hotter than when I first got it. I took two bites of my eggs and couldn't eat them. Strike 1. Now what I go to Cracker Barrel for is their hash brown casserole and today it was so bland. It tasted like it had very little cheese and no onion. Strike 11. Okay I said at least their biscuits are always good. Wrong. They felt hard and tasted as if they had been reheated. Strike 111. I will say our waitress and our coffee was good. As much as I usually like Cracker Barrel, it will probably be a while before I go there for breakfast again.
Wasn't really impressed by this Cracker Barrel. Food was ok, service was ok, and not really anything to write home about. It wasnt bad. But not memorable either. Just a place to eat and take a break from the drive home from Florida.

Got table at 10:45, beignets rang in at 10:57 per ticket we got, got beignets at 10:40, got meal at 11:39. Couple next table over was in front of us in line, was bagged up and leaving before we got our food. No napkins, we had to ask for them from the host as our server was rare to be found in the floor. Bacon order for my egg sandwich was never delivers so we had to ask that it be taken off our sales receipt. Sweet waitress just poor service.

Slowest Cracker Barrel. Cracker Barrel in general has gone down hill over the last few years but this one, yet again slow as ever, makes me not want to go back in one. It should not take 45 min to make an egg sandwich.

What a pleasant change! We are from Cincinnati, Ohio—the three Cracker Barrels in our area have gone downhill so much, we don’t even go anymore. Coming home from Destin, we stopped at the Prattville, Alabama location, and it was fantastic. Our server, Helene was friendly and super attentive; the food came out quickly and tasted delicious! We noticed every worker was on top of his/her job whether it was seating, cleaning tables or serving, plus the manager was ever present. Thank you so much Prattville CB!

Tried to order ahead, no one answered the phone...told them that when I arrived... didn't seem concerned; waited in person a long time to place a to go order as well. Once the order was placed, service was fast and food was good.

Really disappointed with this order. The food arrived cold, and the dish I ordered was supposed to have shrimp there were 2. This was a delivery, so I understand some delays, but missing key ingredients and poor temperature is unacceptable.
