Blizzards are great. Had a hamburger combo once. The fries tasted like they used the same oil they had fried fish in earlier.

Each time I come here the wait is extremely long even when there is only two cars in line (minus 1 star). When I finally get to give my order I always ask that no onion or tomato be put on my burgers (I don’t eat it neither does my son) but what do
I see on my burgers every time… onion & tomato (minus another star). Yes I can just take it off but I asked that it never be put there in the first place my receipt even shows I asked that no onion or tomato be on my burger so the employee heard my request to exclude it but didn’t acknowledge it. plus I can taste the onion on the food even after I remove it from my burger it’s annoying to say the least. I won’t say DQ is a bad place it absolutely is not I’m just disappointed that I have to wait forever for my food then it’s not the way I requested it to be when I paid for it. The fries, drink, & blizzards are always great though

Went thru the drive thru at 9:45 and was told chicken strips would be a 10 minute wait and they could only give me ice cream. I didn’t realize they closed at 10 but even still if you close at 10 serve people till 10. It wasn’t like I was there a minute before closing

The food was good, the cleanliness was good; however, it was not prepared to Dairy Queen standards. For example, I ordered a medium sundae. DQ Sundaes are supposed to be shaped/presented a certain way. This was a sticky runny unrecognizable mess. Another in my party was asked what dipping sauce she wanted and clearly answered “marinara please.” We wondered why no sauce was delivered to the table and upon checking the receipt we saw that the clerk rang up “no dip.” And I’m sorry but you loose stars for the fact that the “music” is so loud inside that you cannot carry on a conversation with the people around you. NO ONE comes to a Dairy Queen to listen to music. Background music should be just that: in the background. Not overtaking the entire experience. So, to sum up: pay closer attention to your customers, work on proper presentation, and please for everyone’s sake turn the noise down.

I bought a large vanilla cone at this location. It was not the quality I expect from DQ. The ice cream had the consistency of whip cream. It tasted like they put a bunch of air in the mix and it wasn’t very cold like ice cream usually is Very disappointed. I will never go back. On the bright side the service was great… just terrible product.

We stood at the counter for 10 minutes and nobody acknowledged our existence, there were a few other people there waiting and they would acknowledge them either. This is pathetic!

We waited at the register for 10 minutes with no acknowledgement from employees. They even brought out two door dash orders and handed them off while we stood there. I guess they only care about their door dash and drive through. We just left.
