Very busy during our visit. First I would like to say the food is always great, hard to mess up a sandwich. The inside was filthy! Probably at least six employees on duty. Only ice in one ice machine, no sweet tea, waited at least 25 minutes for our food.
One employee must have started a new relationship and decided to let everyone in Firehouse know how she was feeling, in the hallway at bathrooms, in front of only ice machine working and finished off touching and grabbing at register where patrons were ordering.
Floors needed sweeping, counters filthy and garbage container top disgusting.
But most employees were tickled and laughing at what should have happened in private instead of keeping store presentable.

I travel through Prattville several times a year, and a few weeks ago I stopped at Firehouse Subs for a quick bite. The restaurant and restrooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and my sandwich was good.

One of the slowest experiences I’ve ever seen. None of the workers were wearing protective hair measures, and weren’t being cautious with touching things and then touching the food. 3 workers were seen but it didn’t seam like there was much effort to hurry the food out. The place didn’t seem clean as well. Would not be recommending

This place was laughable at best! 3:55 pm and no sweet tea in canister. When I asked about more they both said they didn’t know how to prep it and they usually don’t make it in the afternoon. The guy preparing the food took his visor off and shook it twice while we were ordering and went right back to preparing food. Gross and lazy is all I can say. I just won’t go back to this location, EVER!

The warm sandwiches are always good. We have never had a bad experience at the Prattville, Alabama location. My wife and I usually get the Hook and Ladder but I tried the Club on a Sub this trip. The Club on a Sub is identical to the Hook and Ladder but has bacon which is a nice addition. We’ll be back!

Our favorite sandwich spot. We have been here several times during busy hours and they always seem to flow well with a crowd. Their Italian sandwich is one of my favorites. And maybe one day I will remember to get a picture of it before I devour it!
They offer military discounts.

I purchased a turkey sandwich and it was horrible. The older man with the nasty hair put extremely too much mayonnaise on the sandwich that my daughter could not eat it and they were out of lettuce. There was even mayonnaise on the bag. This was another terrible experience. The restaurant was not even busy. Suggesting that maybe you hire people who appreciate having a job. That older guy making sandwiches should be wearing a hair net since it looked unclean and not washed.

Order was about $60 and
when order was delivered it had 3 items missing. I called the store reporting the issue and they blamed Door Dash.No one has attempted to rectify the situation/so I guess they're good for something .Taking people's money..
