Firehouse Subs Prattville

The three young ladies working were very kind! They kept this restaurant very clean and make a mean sub!!

I realized seconds before the order was ready that I forgot to say “Take Out.” The sweet you g lady smiled at me and said, “You mentioned you got off I-85 to eat here, I figured you wanted it to go.” GREAT SERVICE!!!

I had the most unsettling experience Saturday morning 12/20. I was met with apprehension to make my sandwich because the sandwich makers didn’t like the customizations I chose. None of my customizations were honored and were criticized as the sandwiches were being made. Mind you I put in a mobile order. I was constantly asked if I was sure I wanted something that I’d already ordered?? Extremely frustrating for first thing in the morning, never returning. If you value your time or sanity do not come here, or come another day/time.

This location gave us exceptional service. Everyone was pleasant and attentive. They even made suggestions about how to keep my sandwich from becoming soggy after I mentioned I was traveling 30 minutes home. 10/10 will be back again!

Came here on Veterans Day and the female employee in the red hoodie was extremely rude to the veterans. She said “I wish they would just stop coming” and was visibly upset with how many sandwiches she was having to make. I believe that online it said that the meals at firehouse were a free medium sub but at this location it was buy one get one free. This wasn’t a big deal to me but I can understand why some veterans would come under false pretenses. One veterans exclaimed this upon entering and then left when told the appropriate veterans discount. This female employee then laughed and said “ohhh these veterans are mad today”. I don’t really understand why she dislikes veterans so much. I myself fought in Afghanistan and I know other veterans did much more for her.

My delivery from Uber Eats tonight was left outside for 20mins, because no one knocked or rang the doorbell. The new Thanksgiving Turkey sub that I was looking forward to was messy and missing cranberry sauce and hardly any stuffing. Just look at the pictures!

As always, Firehouse Subs is the best. This is a good location. The Thanksgiving turkey sub is the best sandwich of all time.

The atmosphere was very uncomfortable and verbally hostile due to a short female with long hair and the horrible amount of incredibly fowel language. I will never give my business to such a unprofessional establishment like this again.

Very busy during our visit. First I would like to say the food is always great, hard to mess up a sandwich. The inside was filthy! Probably at least six employees on duty. Only ice in one ice machine, no sweet tea, waited at least 25 minutes for our food.
One employee must have started a new relationship and decided to let everyone in Firehouse know how she was feeling, in the hallway at bathrooms, in front of only ice machine working and finished off touching and grabbing at register where patrons were ordering.
Floors needed sweeping, counters filthy and garbage container top disgusting.
But most employees were tickled and laughing at what should have happened in private instead of keeping store presentable.

I travel through Prattville several times a year, and a few weeks ago I stopped at Firehouse Subs for a quick bite. The restaurant and restrooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and my sandwich was good.

One of the slowest experiences I’ve ever seen. None of the workers were wearing protective hair measures, and weren’t being cautious with touching things and then touching the food. 3 workers were seen but it didn’t seam like there was much effort to hurry the food out. The place didn’t seem clean as well. Would not be recommending
