Traveling to Birmingham from South Alabama. I stopped to get a sandwich. That one sandwich added a 40min delay in my travels. I counted 9 employees behind the counter but they all appeared very nonchalant. No sense of urgency. The food is good, but I do not recommend stopping if you are on a schedule or in a hurry.

Walked in and 4 employees doing nothing. It took us standing there 30 seconds before we got greeted. We ordered, I walked to use the restroom. It was filthy. Four rmployees doing nothing, and it's filthy.

Terrible service. Couldn’t have been slower if they were closed. Made the mistake of pulling in off the interstate and wasted time and money for a sandwich that anywhere else could’ve thrown on the floor in half the time. Grab crackers at a gas station and save yourself the trouble.

Used to love their sandwiches. Went recently. Awful service. If you have poor service you get poor food. Workers were more interested in talking to each other than to customers. Almost like it's a bother to take your order. Might go to a Firehouse Sub again. But not this one. Such a shame.

DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. THE KIDS WORKING HERE ARE RUDE. ORDER WAS WRONG AND SO WAS THE 3 PEOPLE AHEAD OF ME. THEN THEY WANTED TO ARGUE WITH THE CUSTOMERS ABOUT IT!!!!.
Today is Friday around 5:45 p.m. I tried for 25 minutes to call the Prattville location to place a Togo order and the phone stayed busy the entire time. They must have taken it off the hook. Very poor customer service.

I wanna start by saying the service was good. That is the only reason I'm giving 3 stars and not 1. What I don't understand is why anyone would bake some bread, then steam all the ingredients and then add all that moisture back into the bread.. it makes a soggy sandwich. Baking the whole sandwich gets some of the moisture out. i mean they should call it steam house subs bc I don't see the fire.. the staff was very friendly and they made the sandwich the steam house way.
