We have long been customers of Fox's Pizza den, but over the last 6 months or so the experience has just gone way downhill.. lately the servers seem to be less worried about serving and less thrilled to do so than they used to be. I don't know if that's because they feel the atmosphere changing there or not, but we certainly have.
When we tried to go they had plenty of open booths available but refused to sit us at a booth. They offered to sit us in the bar at a high top but as I said it was my birthday and I was now feeling like I was too old to be doing that. They also offered us a little two seat table right in the middle of the restaurant and the walkway areas. Not really sure that was the atmosphere I wanted. Even the hostess said it wasn't a great table. But yet they refuse to see us at a booth. Apparently our money is not as good as it would have been if we had kids with us or friends. We finally opted to order a pizza and take it home so we could at least enjoy it in a comfortable setting. The pizza was slightly undercooked as it has been lately and very soft. I don't know who sliced the pizza but I feel like geometry and fractions was not their strong suit. I got a piece of pizza about half the size of one of my hands, and I don't have big hands.
We have had issues with the pizza and the booth thing several times now and my wife and I have decided we just don't need to go back. I would not recommend it to anybody. It really kind of hurts to say that because we used to really like it there. It used to be our favorite pizza place and probably one of our favorite restaurants in town. Guess it's Marcos from now on.

Still amazing food; super friendly staff, & the place is always clean. I love eating here! Highly recommend it. If you're cold natured bring a light jacket just in case; they have to keep the place cool so the pizza ovens don't turn it into a sauna.

Disappointing Experience and Poor Customer Service
I’m extremely disappointed with our recent visit to Fox’s Pizza in Prattville. From start to finish, the experience left much to be desired.
We were the first to be seated, but despite this, we waited an unreasonably long time for drinks and food. To make matters worse, three other tables were seated at least 10 minutes after us and somehow received their food before we did (one of the parties had 6 people) This lack of organization and attention to order was frustrating, to say the least.
The biggest issue came after we had already paid. We went across the street for ice cream, and one of our children needed to use the restroom. Since the restroom there was being serviced, we returned to Fox’s Pizza—less than three minutes after leaving—only to be denied access to their restroom. Apparently, after spending over $100 there, we were no longer considered customers and couldn’t use the facilities. This level of disregard for a paying customer is appalling.
While I wasn’t initially planning to leave a review, the restroom situation combined with the poor service during our visit left a sour taste in our mouths. The lack of empathy, professionalism, and basic courtesy has made it clear that we won’t be returning, and we’ll make sure to let others in the community know about our experience.
Fox’s Pizza, you should be ashamed of how you treat your customers. We hope you seriously evaluate your policies and customer service, as this is not how any business should operate, especially in a small town like Prattville.

The food is always great at Foxes. The service depends on which server you get and how busy they are. The Stromboli is always awesome. And the Teramisu is delicious.
The food was great and our server did a wonderful job. The only problem I had was the music was way too loud.
